HUNG! Then, at the end of the eon, on the peak of Samye Hepori, the vidyadhara Pema Tötreng, in the mandala of Padma Wang, bestowed the empowerment and liberation instructions upon the king and subjects. When entrusting the secret instructions of the command, the oath-bound, arrogant hosts of command protectors, the secret mantra yogis of each place, perform activities. Oath. Whatever activity is entrusted. HUNG! Even now, in this degenerate age, we, the practitioners of yoga, in order to accomplish the union of the two stages, when opening the face of the secret mandala, the male and female lineages of the Dharma protectors, together with the oath-bound, arrogant hosts, each perform their respective secret mantra yoga, the four activities. Oath. Whatever activity is entrusted. Saying this, throw the torma as a weapon. The eleventh, the Tenma practice, is to bless and say this: HUNG! In the central region of snowy Tibet, when opening the face of the secret mantra mandala, according to the command of Pema Tötreng, the oath-bound goddesses residing in the sacred places, the twelve Tibetan protectors, the Tenma, together with the hosts of the Kyongma Yama, receive this command torma. 商Protect the secret mantra teachings, suppress the heretical teachings, repel the Chinese demons and evil spirits, and spread the essence of the secret mantra teachings. May the upholders of the teachings, the life-extending, teaching, practicing community, increase, be long-lasting, and perform activities. Mama hrih hrih idam balimta khahi. Saying this, offer the pure torma of offering in a clean place. The twelfth is the dance. Turn the torma vessel upside down and beckon. Then, perform the great dance of Palchen: HUNG! The great lord, the deity of Padma Wang, together with the retinue of fierce, blazing power, strike the great dance of skillful means and wisdom. Circling to the right, the dance of the heroes, strike upon the king of hatred. Circling to the left, the dance of the heroines, strike upon the desire-bound demons. Circling to the center, the dance of the wrathful ones, strike upon the deluded evil spirits. By striking the dance of the five wisdoms, scatter the enemies and obstacles of the five poisons into dust. Om lam. Ah lam. Hum lam. Sarva shatrum stva bhaya nan. The thirteenth is to perform the subsequent offering and praise, and receive the accomplishments. Then, receiving the accomplishments: Ho! In the secret, wondrous mandala, we, the practitioners of yoga, in the play of the three mandalas, generate, Recite, and reach the end of samadhi. Now is the time to bestow accomplishments. Vajra Rakshasa, at any time.

Emaho! Supreme deity, your time has come! From the wheel of the five unsurpassed ornaments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, the time has come to bestow accomplishments! Bestow the accomplishment of pacifying the eight fears! Increase life, merit, and fortune! Subjugate the three realms, subdue enemies and obstacles, and spontaneously accomplish the two benefits! At the end of the root mantra: Kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala ho (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning: body, speech, mind, all accomplishments, perfect ho). Thus, enjoy the offerings! Then, to make up for deficiencies: Ho! In the mandala of Padma Wang, with the distraction of generation, recitation, and meditation, whatever has been accumulated through the three doors of carelessness, I confess and ask for forgiveness! Recite the hundred-syllable mantra, vowels, consonants, and the heart essence of dependent arising. Then, the dedication: Hum! In the secret, unsurpassed mandala, whatever merit has been accumulated with and without focus, I dedicate it to all sentient beings who have been my mothers. May all be liberated from suffering and enjoy the great bliss realm! Then, the aspiration: Ho! By the blessings of the secret three practices of the great glorious Hayagriva Heruka, may all of us vajra brothers and sisters, without separation, enjoy the two benefits. Om! Having met the Sugata Buddha face to face, may all beings, self and others, attain Buddhahood in the primordial protector! Then, the dissolution and gathering: Hum! The wisdom being departs into the expanse of clear light. The samaya being is in the state of non-objectification, in the very expanse of primordial purity, the great perfection. In the expanse of the inexpressible dharmata, Ah! Then, arising as the deity: Hum Hrih! The impure three doors are purified and ripen as the deity. In the nature of the three mandalas of generation and completion, union, the three places and three syllables ripen as the three vajras. May we always act for the benefit of beings! Om Ah Hum! Recite three times. Then, the dedication of merit: Hum! By the indestructible vajra of empty, clear, unobstructed wisdom, may we be granted the position of the five chakras! May we attain the unchanging, eternal state! Then, the auspiciousness: Hum Hrih! By the blessings of the Buddhas of the three kayas, the compassion of the powerful Heruka, and the power and strength of the dakinis, oath-bound protectors, may there be auspiciousness for us, the yogi brothers and sisters who practice, to pacify illness, evil spirits, and the eight fears! Increase life, merit, and wealth! Subjugate the three realms and three existences! Subdue misleading enemies and obstacles! May there be auspiciousness for all activities to be spontaneously accomplished!
