The demon Riwawa (Tibetan: སྲིན་པོ་རི་བ།, meaning: Demon Mountain) earnestly invited, passing through the path of bow and quiver, from Tsurpu Monastery (Tibetan: མཚུར་ཕུ།, meaning: Monastery name) through Tolung (Tibetan: སྟོད་ལུང་, meaning: Place name), offering to the two Shakyas (Tibetan: ཤཱཀྱ་རྣམ་གཉིས།, meaning: Two Shakyamunis). The Sangha Tsalpa (Tibetan: དགེ་འདུན་འཚལ་པ།, meaning: Monk's name) served diligently, and gradually, from Kyisho (Tibetan: སྐྱིད་ཤོད།, meaning: Place name) to Demon Mountain, he performed unprecedented great deeds. After arriving at Demon Mountain, the guides from Tsurpu Monastery and many escorts requested blessings and prepared to return. 'When I stayed in your monastery, the three unique divine manifestations mentioned in the 'Buddha's Crown Sutra' (Tibetan: སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོད་པའི་རྒྱུད།) were there. Your previous lama seemed to have known about it. If what has not been propagated is allowed to be propagated, many realized individuals will appear. Please invite these three deities here, and I will introduce them and teach their Dharma.' So the escorts stayed for seven days, invited the three deities, and taught their Dharma. It is said that many people developed faith and attained accomplishments. These three deities are the reversed image of the Hevajra (Tibetan: བདེ་མཆོག) yab-yum (father-mother) and the father of the emanation of Shakyamuni Buddha (Tibetan: ཤཱཀ་ཐུབ) with the mother who possesses Vajrayogini (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་མཁའ་འགྲོ), and the five-deity mandala of Vajra Bell (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ) in union. After that, during the summer retreat at Demon Mountain, the commentary on the 'Abhidharmasamuccaya' (Sanskrit: Abhidharmasamuccaya) by Vasubandhu, which had not been translated into Tibetan before, was translated. For public Dharma, the 'Sutra of the Prophecy of King Ashoka' (Tibetan: རྒྱལ་པོ་མྱ་ངན་མེད་ལུང་བསྟན་པའི་མདོ།) and the teachings on the wheel of karma from the 'Hundred Parables Sutra' (Tibetan: དཔེ་བརྒྱ་པ།) were taught. The classifications of the Five Dharmas of Maitreya (Tibetan: རྗེ་བཙུན་བྱམས་པའི་ཆོས་ལྔ།) and the collections of Madhyamaka reasoning (Tibetan: དབུ་མ་རིག་པའི་ཚོགས།) were also taught. The great abbot of Demon Mountain requested the guidance on the Five Dharmas of Maitreya, the guidance on the collections of reasoning, and the guidance on the aspects of practice. Geshe Yegen (Tibetan: དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་གཡེ་རྒན།) and Nyalgyi Zangmoche (Tibetan: གཉལ་གྱི་ཟངས་མོ་ཆེ།) and others also taught the extensive and concise guidance on the 'Bodhisattva Path' (Tibetan: རྒྱལ་སྲས་ལམ་རིམ།). At that time, in the Shab Shmat (Tibetan: གཙང་གི་ཤབ་སྨད།) of Tsang, in the palace of Tropu (Tibetan: ཁྲོ་ཕུ།), preparations were being made to build the Ganden Jampa (Tibetan: དགའ་ལྡན་བྱམས་པ།) temple, with timber being transported from Mon (Tibetan: ལྷོའི་མོན་ཡུལ།) and other places in the south. At that time, a dakini named Machik Lon Gyen (Tibetan: མ་གཅིག་བློན་རྒྱན།) from Latö Takde (Tibetan: ལ་སྟོད་སྟག་སྡེ།), along with her retinue, provided services such as transporting timber for the palace. At the same time, a monk named Azha José (Tibetan: འ་ཞ་ཇོ་སྲས།) from Utsang Yarlung Chö (Tibetan: དབུས་ཡར་ལུངས་འཆོས་ཀྱི) also helped with the construction of the temple. However, this monk had done nothing wrong, but due to the instigation between each other, Lon Gyen --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some servants lacked discernment, and some even had their eyes gouged out. At that time, the Dharma Lord Paṇchen Lotsāwa (Great Translator), along with others, invited the sage from the Rakshasa lineage and listened to the explanations of the sutras prophesying King Ashoka, as well as commentaries on the Abhidharmasamuccaya (Compendium of Abhidharma) and many other major and minor treatises and instructions, in the place where he resided. The translator, feeling immense sorrow and worry because his translation work had caused the loss of a mendicant's eyes, lamented that this was unprecedented in the world. He also sent messengers to the region and punished all those evildoers. He gave the blind man compensation seven times the value of his eyes. To atone for his actions, he made many kinds of confessions and prayers. Having no other recourse, he poured out his heart to his personal deity, feeling discouraged and disheartened by his work, and offered prayers of lamentation. Later, the translator, seeing his deeds, felt even greater sorrow and built the Maitreya Temple and other structures, not for fame or other worldly purposes, but solely out of sincere contemplation and virtuous conduct of the Great Vehicle. The blind man was also offered worship for a long time, and gradually many signs of purification of his sins appeared. After death, he was reborn in Tushita Heaven, obtained the secret instructions for enjoying the sacred Dharma, and eventually returned to his homeland. In a place called 'Chökyi Ngodga,' with the money from the purchase of eye equipment, he built a palace that included representations of body, speech, and mind. He made practice the essence and developed extraordinary virtuous qualities in his being. Thereafter, establishing himself at Rakshasa Mountain, he was invited to many places in the east, west, south, and north, and taught various Dharmas, the deeds of which are beyond description. Furthermore, Lhaxiwa Ö (Divine Peaceful Light), the master of Samye Dharma Wheel, invited him for the virtuous deeds of his deceased mother, and upon inspecting Samye Monastery, he praised, 'The arrangement of the gods and temples is excellent; I doubt anyone could do better, comparable to the administrators of Vikramashila.' On the throne of Yuwo, Lotsawa (translator) spoke of the seven jewels of Dharma, proclaiming five aspects of the wheel of faith: excellent aspiration like gold, an unshakeable center like Mount Meru, sharp spokes corresponding to wisdom, a good environment surrounded by many virtuous qualities, and turning in all directions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
