When asked if he had any special secret instructions, he said, 'I have forgotten what I knew, and I won't say it now.' But the person did not listen. Then, Lachen (Great Lama) went to visit Yarchon Nakton (yar byon nag ston), staying with him for the night. Yarchon Nakton said, 'You, called the monk of Gyichuwa (sgyi chu ba), among a hundred, you prefer to listen to Zhangchungwa (zhang chung ba).' 'Don't cover your ears, don't say such things.' He said, 'I have a thought of my own.' Later, as the Lama (bla ma, guru) was dying, he said, 'Call the Sakyapa (sa skya ba)!' But no one was sent. Lachen (Great Lama) also hurried there, and when he reached Phu (phu) of Ding (dings), because the grass was poisonous, the Lama (bla ma) had a headache and stayed there for the night. When they arrived the next morning, they found that the Lama (bla ma) had passed away that night. After that, the cremation and other subsequent matters were completed. Without looking at any scriptures, at the place where the master Zhang (zhang) was cremated, one of Zhang's (zhang) mothers said, 'Apo (a po, father) likes things like this, take it!' So she gave a piece of paper with a lot of 'non-dharma' written on it. After looking at it, it was found to say, 'If wind and mind gather in this chakra, this experience will arise.' This was a book showing the positions of the Vajra body's chakras. Because of the fear that if a Dharma that had not been previously transmitted appeared, it would be disrespectful to the Lama (bla ma), it was wrapped in a yellow silk cloth and placed in a stupa. The prophecy of Je Gonpa (rje dgon pa) and the night of preparation for requesting the Gyichuwa (sgyi chu ba) Lama (bla ma) for empowerment, two identical dreams occurred. During the preparation, he dreamed of a great river, said to be the 'Ocean of Existence,' a red lake, with three bridges, and many people to cross. They said from this side, 'Please let us cross this river!' Lachen (Great Lama) crossed many people over one bridge, and about seven people over two bridges, and three people over three bridges, and then rested a little, dreaming of a mountain called Malaya (ma la ya), as if resting in the sun. He told the Gyichuwa (sgyi chu ba) Lama (bla ma) about this dream, and the Lama (bla ma) said with a laugh, 'With your ability, you can only cross three people at most.' Crossing three people over three bridges refers to three people who attained accomplishment without abandoning their physical bodies. One of them was from the island of Singala (sing ga la), where a Khenpo (mkhan po, abbot) Arhat (dgra bcom pa) instructed a Shravaka monk: 'In Tibet, there is an incarnation of a Yogic Empowerment Holder (rnal 'byor dbang phyug) called Sakyapa (sa skya pa), go there!' So two Acharyas (a tsa ra) came, one returned from Nepal, and the other arrived when Lachen (bla chen) was residing at the sacred site of Latse (la tse) in Gungtang (gung thang), requesting empowerment. As an offering for the empowerment, he offered a precious robe called Gaguyé (ga gu ya). After that, he gradually transmitted instructions and so on, and hid some of them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is said that by explaining the teachings, countless Samādhi arose within a month, the truth was seen, and he went to the glorious Mount Ugyen. One was the meditator under the cliff, named Kyi Bar. He also requested empowerment and instructions, but after practicing, not many Samādhi arose. There was only stable direct perception and various kinds of miraculous powers. Later, the great Lama passed away, and the continuation of the instructions was carried on by Geshe Nyen Phul Chungwa. It is said that later he said, 'I am going to the southern glorious mountain' and left. One was Bodhisattva Takya. It is said that through the Tögal path, the practice was without defects, and he was directly reborn in Tsonying Mahadeva. He temporarily abandoned his physical body. Later, it is said that he entered that body again, and without abandoning the body, he attained accomplishment. Some say that when Geshe Nyak went to the pastoral area of Sangyu, when the great Lama Tsarkar was alive, there was a disciple who said he was a Sangyu nomad, and there was a yogi who had a similar innate connection, and signs of the ripening fruit appeared, and he could realize the truth in his later years. It is said that it was him. Tsarkar manifested four emanations in Gungtang Sakya, and did not feel the coming of death. Another saying is that the disciple of Bhota Ruhula prayed to the Yoga Lord, and received a visualization of wind and alchemy, saying that there is a stone like copper slag in Tibet, go there and use alchemy to benefit sentient beings. After returning, he met the great Lama, requested instructions, and special qualities arose, and he went to India again, it is said that it was him. These three, namely the one with similar causes and signs, and Outer Bar, are the objects of choice. Also, passing seven people on the second bridge refers to the seven who attained forbearance, namely Jetsun Chenpo and Lama Shyujya, etc., meditator Odrak, meditator Jo Chak, Mang Chungma, Abbot Söshe, Bodhisattva Dagyal, and Gatön. It is said that there were seven in total. Passing many people from one bridge refers to the fact that there were countless disciples in general. The first half of the great Lama's life consisted only of oral teachings. Because there was no writing, fearing that he would forget, he recited one Vajra verse every day, and it is said that every month he would completely contemplate the extensive Dharma including all its parts once. The Lama went to the place of Nirvana. When Gyi Tsho went to see the great Lama, he contracted a serious illness in Changchung of Bapuk Rong. There he forgot the teachings, especially the oral transmission. There he felt unwell. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
