At the center of the sixth chakra, from paM arises a lotus, from raM arises the sun. A reddish-yellow corpse with its head turned to the right, upon which, from hUM arises a vajra-kila marked with hUM. From that, light radiates, utterly destroying all evil enemies and obstructors. Then gathering together, it completely transforms, becoming a great and blazing black vajra, from which, she dwells in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. On the first spoke of the wheel in front, from traM arises Ekajati, body color blue, one face, two arms, holding a vase filled with amrita at her heart. She wears a white silk upper garment, and a tiger skin lower garment. A single braid of hair hangs to the left, displaying an angry countenance, adorned with bones and jewels. Within her wide belly, from traka arises an ocean of blood, within which, from bhyoH arises Palden Lhamo, proclaiming the sound of hUM and bhyoH. On the second spoke, from yaH arises a black yaksha, body color black, one face, two arms, the right holding a curved knife, and the left holding a skull cup. He wears a human skin shawl, and has golden earrings. On the third spoke, from maM arises a black yakshini, body color black, one face, two arms, the right holding a golden razor, and the left holding a skull cup filled with brain blood. On the fourth spoke, from triH arises a black putra, one face, two arms, the right holding a sword, and the left holding a skull cup filled with blood at his heart. He wears a silk angaraka and black silk garments. On the fifth spoke, from triH arises a black bhata, wearing a tiger skin. The right holding a wooden staff, and the left holding a human heart. On the sixth spoke, from bhyoH arises a single-haired sister, the right holding a golden razor, and the left holding intestines, with fire blazing from her mouth. All five are of a dark blue-black color, intensely radiant. Adorned with a crown of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty wet human heads strung with the intestines of enemies and obstructors. Dwelling in a majestic and wrathful manner, utterly destroying all evil enemies and obstructors. Furthermore, leading from the right are a hundred men dressed in tiger skins. Leading from the left are a hundred men in the form of bhikshus. Following behind are a hundred black bandhe holding kila. Leading in front are a hundred women. Furthermore, there are black birds, black dogs, jackals, black people, and so on, who are responsible for hunting down those who break their vows. Surrounded by the retinue of the Karma Gonpo and the messengers of command. On the foreheads of all these deities are white oM, and so on.
