The three Rama heads (ར་མ་ཟུར་གསུམ་, rama zur gsum, literally: three Rama heads) and the black, large and small offerings (བཤོས་བུ་, bshos bu) of the cannibalistic demon couple (བྲན་བདུད་ཡབ་ཡུམ་, bran bdud yab yum) are placed in one container. Around these offerings, arrange blood offerings (ཁྲག་གི་མཆོད་ཡོན།, khrag gi mchod yon), flowers of the five senses (དབང་པོ་ལྔའི་མེ་ཏོག་, dbang po lnga'i me tog), and other fierce offerings in a counter-clockwise direction. To the north, place two sets of five offering cakes (གཏོར་ཐེབས་ལྔ་ཚར་, gtor thebs lnga tshar), a key (མཐེབ་སྐྱུ་, mtheb skyu), and a container for the linga (phallus, ལིང་ག་, ling ga). In the two larger containers, place sixty-four keys decorated with red meat, and sixty-four small, processed lingas, ensuring that the breath and shadow do not disappear. On the left and right sides, also place blood for purifying the torma and the finest wine. Finally, place a container for draining the washing water, along with clean water. In addition, according to the situation, arrange the offerings and tormas for the Yidam (ཡི་དམ་, yi dam) and Dharma protectors (ཆོས་སྐྱོང་, chos skyong) on the altar, as well as three or four triangular special tormas (ཐུན་གཏོར་ཟུར་གསུམ་བཞི་, thun gtor zur gsum bzhi). The master (སློབ་དཔོན་, slob dpon) faces south, with a vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ་, rdo rje), bell (དྲིལ་བུ་, dril bu), hand drum (ཌ་མ་རུ་, ḍa ma ru), inner offering (ནང་མཆོད་, nang mchod), etc., placed in front of him, as well as an iron curved knife (གྲི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་གྲི་གུག་དར་ནག་བཏགས་པ, gri lcags kyi gri gug dar nag btags pa) tied with black silk. In addition, prepare all the necessary items such as a drum (རྔ, rnga), cymbals (སིལ་སྙན, sil snyan), conch shell (དུང་, dung), gugul incense (གུ་གུལ, gu gul), golden drink (གསེར་སྐྱེམས་, gser skyems), ensuring that nothing is missing. After the yogis (རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་, rnal 'byor pa) are seated, moisten a small, round torma (ཟླུམ་གཏོར་, zlum gtor) with wine and water, and recite: Om Ah Hum Sarva Vighnan Namaḥ Sarva Tathagatebhyo Vishva Mukhebhyas Sarvatha Kham Utgate Spharana Imam Gagana Kham Grihne Dam Balyate Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱན་ན་མཿ སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ་མུ་ཁེ་བྷྱཿསརྦྦ་ཐཱ་ཁཾ། ཨུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྥ་ར་ཎ། ཨི་མཾ་ག་ག་ན་ཁཾ་གྲྀཧྣེ་དཾ་བ་ལྱ་དེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva vighnān namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva mukhebhyas sarvathā khaṃ utgate spharaṇa imaṃ gagana khaṃ gṛhṇe daṃ balyate svāhā,Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, all obstacles, homage! All Tathagatas, all mouths, all emptiness! Arise, pervade! This space, take this offering, Svaha!). Recite three times, and then say: 'Whether past or future, those who create obstacles, the powerful ones, those who harm sentient beings, harm the Dharma, and obstruct practice, listen! I am the glorious Vajra, possessing the greatest power over the obstacles. If you disobey the command, I will destroy you with the blazing vajra. Therefore, according to the previous oath, accept this blessed torma with joy!' Strike the instruments seven times, and then move it elsewhere as you wish. Recite Shasana, making a loud instrumental sound. Sarva Vighnan Gaccha (藏文:སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱན་གཙྪ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:sarva vighnān gaccha,Literal Chinese meaning: All obstacles, go!). Then, visualize the offerings in front and recite: Om Vajra Amrita Kundali Hana Hana Hum Hum Hum Phat Om Svabhava Shuddhah Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho'ham (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'haṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure I). Transform into emptiness. From emptiness, this dwelling becomes a fierce palace, fully endowed with all characteristics. From the syllable Ah (ཨ་, a) arises a wide and vast wisdom skull cup (ཀ་པཱ་ལ་, ka pā la), filled with the blood offering of the slain inner and outer enemies and obstacles, born from the syllable Hum (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ), flowers of the five senses, incense of abundant fat, lamps of abundant grease, washing water of bile, food of meat and bones, and the sound of a great conch shell. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
