Including empowerments and blessings, the empowerment of Amitayus (Tsepakme), and the blessing guidance of White Hevajra (Demchok Karpo). The instructions of Lamdre, apart from the wordless instructions and stupa rituals, also include the guidance of the latter six branches. The subsequent permission of the Lord of the Cemetery (Durtro Dakpo), the subsequent permission of the solitary Protector of Activities (Lekgon Kyorgyang), the instructions of the Protector (Gonpo), the guidance of the Three Roots and Four Chakras, and so on, many profound teachings on the Protector. The explanation of the generation stage of Hevajra (Lunak), the transmission of the 'Ornament of Clear Realization' (Pal Ngonpar Tokpai Lung), and the transmission of the 'Hundred Thousand Verses' (Dru Bum) composed by Nyen Pülchungpa. From Kagyupa (Ka Gyupa) Dorje Gyalwa, he received the empowerment of Amitayus (Tsepakme). From the master Rinchen Namgyalwa, he received the empowerment of the Eight Terrifying Ones of Vajrabhairava (Dorje Jigje Rolang Gye Kor), the empowerment of the Thirteen Deities (Chu Summa), the subsequent permission of the Thirteen Deities of the Lord of Death of Activities (Le Shin Chu Summa), the empowerment of the Peacock Dispelling Poison (Dukwang Macha Gyepa), the transmission of Ra Pö, the transmission of the two offering rituals of the Lord of Death of Activities (Le Shin), the subsequent permission of the Twelve Oath-bound Protectors (Gur Gon Chu Nyima), the subsequent permission of the Four-faced Protector (Dong Shipa), the transmission of White Longevity Increase (Tse Pel Karpo), and the transmission of the documents of the Great Dharma Protector (Cho Kyong Chewa), the empowerment of the Longevity Accomplishment Mother (Tsepakme Drubgyalma) and the longevity guidance. From Karmapa (Karma Zharnakpa) Chö Drak Gyatso, he received the introductory guidance of the Three Bodies (Ku Sum), Guru Yoga (Lama Naljor), and the meditation transmission of Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezik). From the master Gönpo Zangpo Pa, he received the subsequent permission of the Four-faced Dharma Protector (Cho Kyong Dong Shipa), the subsequent permission of the Powerful Protector (Dong Nyenchen), the subsequent permission of the Protector of Activities (Le Gon), and some document transmissions. From the master Chokgyalwa, he received the subsequent permission of the Cemetery Goddess (Lhamo Dur Solma). From the master Namkha Sonampa, he received the empowerment of the Nyingma's Longevity Horse Sound (Tse Ta Drakma). Having thus received teachings like an ocean, he carefully guarded them with immaculate wisdom, ensuring that the lineage of blessings did not decline, and ultimately perfected meditation and practice. Usually, the Sakya practitioners would practice the Vajra inner and outer mandalas created by Jetsun, clearly manifesting them, and grandly receiving the four empowerments. In connection with this, the profound path of Guru Yoga, the common and uncommon protection instructions of Yoga Freedom (Naljor Wangchuk), and the Dakini instructions of Guru Naropa, were practiced in four sessions day and night without interruption. Hevajra (Demchok) was meditated and recited according to the tradition of the Black Practitioner (Nakpo Chöpa) and the Vajra Bell Practitioner (Dorje Drilbupa). Yamaraja (Shinje Shed Marpo) with five deities, Vajrabhairava (Dorje Jigje) was practiced according to the tradition of Ra Lotsawa. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
