It is taught that there is no attachment. Even when one is free from attachment, since there is no holding of the mind, it cannot be attained, therefore it is taught that it is not freedom from attachment. Although it is said that happiness should be maintained in the center of those two by nature, it is also taught that one does not focus on the center, being free from all objects of focus. This is accomplished by relying on the illusion of women, thus it is combined. Everything that is completely grasped by skillful means and wisdom is the Great Vehicle. If one asks: Is it only the illusion of women that is particularly praised here? (The answer:) Because among all illusions, the illusion of women is particularly superior, by the power of its own nature, it is accomplished by nature. It is said. In order to accomplish the siddhi of the mudra, the illusion of women is superior to other skillful means of illusion, because it has the power of its own nature and is accomplished by nature. There are two aspects to that: without attachment, the mudra cannot be accomplished, and it becomes a substance accomplished by nature. Furthermore, its virtue is that it gathers all sentient beings by skillful means, and also achieves enlightenment through bliss. (Text:) In these three worlds, this woman will become an object of reverence, and through attainment, happiness, and all joy, even evil deeds will be accomplished. It is said. Generally, it is said that the cause of accomplishment is achieved through asceticism, cleanliness, discipline, fortune, and so on, but here it is said that even enjoying prostitutes and so on can be accomplished, so what need is there to mention others? That is the meaning. Another is called "Du Tsara", if the letter "I" is added in the middle of the letter "U", it becomes "Deva", meaning that it is accomplished by enjoying both the vajra and the lotus, thus it is combined. Also, "Du Tsara" has two types, "Ra" means separation, meaning that it is accomplished by separating the two. If one asks: How can it be accomplished by enjoying it? (The answer:) If one completely transforms one's own nature, all women can accomplish it through illusion. It is said. Here, transforming one's own nature means that the aggregates and elements of the practitioner and the women are completely transformed into glorious Vajrasattva and glorious Vajra Extremely Joyful Woman, and so on, and then practicing the great assembly mandala will be accomplished, that is the meaning.

When the wisdom of great bliss arises through reliance on the illusion of women, it transcends all attachment to things, grasping at signs, and longing and desire, becoming non-referential. This is the complete transformation of one's own nature, and through it, accomplishment is achieved. Therefore, such an illusory mudra is indicated by the name "Dakini." Hence, it is taught: This wondrous illusory mudra, is indicated by the name Dakini. It is taught thus because it is similar to the Dakinis in one aspect. How is it similar? As it is taught here: ḍa is the one who goes in the sky, it is manifestly examined from the realm, by accomplishing all conduct in the sky, it is renowned as Dakini. It is said that the letter ḍa is known as the one who goes in the sky. From where is it known? As it is said: it is manifestly examined from the realm. It means that in the language of worldly grammar, ḍākinī is manifestly examined and known from the sphere of reality. From what kind of situation does it appear? As it is said: by accomplishing all conduct in the sky. It means that all conduct in the sky, like walking, coming, going, entering, etc., on land and water, is accomplished; and also on land and water, etc., one can move unimpeded as if in the sky, so it is called Dakini. Similarly, the assembly of consorts of glorious Vajrasattva are also widely known by the name Dakini. Therefore, it is said: All without remainder are mudras, all without remainder are supreme bliss, all Buddhas equally united, hence renowned as Dakini. Here, mudra and supreme bliss have the same meaning. As it is said in this tantra: Saying supreme bliss, supreme bliss, the mudra of supreme bliss of all Buddhas, is taught as the supreme of bliss. Precisely because of this, the secret goddesses who have become the mudras of glorious Vajrasattva, pervade all dharmas and, through power and miraculous abilities, make everything wondrous and subdue everything. Because they are of one mind with the Dakinis, they are also called Dakinis here. Another explanation is that ḍa is the one who goes in the sky, this widely known saying in the world, from what and in what manner
