That is, like the aforementioned Ā আলি (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) and Kā কালি (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), arrange the letters in the center of the moon. It should be known that the disciple should be placed in it. The mandalas of the remaining families should also be combined in this way. Among them, the hand seals of their respective names are slightly different, which is clearly explained in the scriptures. The wisdom hand seal of establishing letters has been described. Now I will show the symbolic wisdom hand seal. Where should this hand seal be combined and applied? At the time of the assembly mandala, yogis need to communicate with each other through such hand seals, so it should be combined and applied here. In general, in order to understand the hand seals described in the aforementioned tantric scriptures, they are explained. Among them, when combining and applying the hand seals of each family, there are those that are combined and applied to the general headquarters, and those that are combined and applied to each family. These two situations are clearly explained in the scriptures. Among them, the hand seals of the body are generally described. The hand seals of speech are described generally and specifically. Among them, among these hand seals, the hand seals of the mandala deities, etc., which can be understood from the text of the scriptures themselves, are not described. Only the slightly unclear points are explained. From the chapter on head ornaments: All Buddhas are supreme jewels, the unchanging and sacred head ornament, is the supreme kingship of all Buddhas, as the self-born ones say. The head ornament of the skull garland, and the jewel of the Buddha's crown, are the symbolic hand seals of the Buddha, described as the adornment of a lotus. The meaning of this sentence is that when initiating into the mandala of the general collection of families, the glorious Vajrasattva, when the initiation to apply to the position of Vajra Acarya is granted, the skull garland and the jewel of the Buddha's crown should be combined. As it is said in the seventh chapter of initiation: The skull jewel is the head ornament, or the jewel of the Buddha's crown, at all the gurus, for all the teachers. All the kingdoms are pure, without remainder, all are accomplished. The meaning of this sentence is combined with the symbolic hand seal. Buddha-nature is achieved as one, likewise lotus-nature is one, all initiations are great initiations, it is said that all meanings are accomplished.

Furthermore, when it is not the Dharma King who has attained mastery over all royal affairs who is being empowered, all other disciples, whether superior, middling, or inferior, should be empowered with the mudra of the Buddha and the mudra of the lotus. As it is said in the seventh chapter, in the section that teaches the empowerment of all ordinary disciples: "Why seek precious marvels? Likewise, adorned with various ornaments, with the empowerment of the Buddha and the lotus, all disciples are empowered." This should be used for comparison. Among them, the term "self-existent one" and the term "likewise" are reasons, because the meaning of these is that it is solely the mudra that is self-existent. So it is said. Mudra is said to be samaya, mudra is also said to be union, and union is also said to be mudra. That which is called this, wherein samaya is the characteristic of non-transgression, and that which is called mudra is also the characteristic of non-transgression. Therefore, here they are of one essence, since the mudra itself is the samaya, the mudra is called samaya. That the mudra is union is like this: if faith arises in the mudras, it is also called yoga. These two have no difference in nature, for wherever one abides in the mudra of body, speech, and mind, that itself is called yoga, and likewise, whatever yoga is, that is also a mudra. Among them, these distinctions of union, as explained in the second chapter above, are the distinctions shown as union, near union, extreme union, subsequent union, and very profound union. And among them, extreme union, subsequent union, and very profound union are said to be branches of near union. Furthermore, in other yoga tantras that are in accordance with this text, five are mentioned, such as accomplishment, subsequent accomplishment, great accomplishment, near accomplishment, and very profound accomplishment, which were explained extensively above, so they should also be applied here. Blood is said to be a flower, and so on, which is also known as coded language. Although all coded language is hidden, secret substances are especially hidden.
