Who would call him a friend? These four verses were spoken. All the songs in it are expressed in the Apabhramsa language, but the special thing about this is that it is a mixture of Apabhramsa and Pisacha languages, hence it is famous. The history of this song is that in the past, when the Rakshasa Matamkarudra of karma was inciting other Rakshasas, he incited them with this Rakshasa language, and as a result, the karma was not shaken. Later, when glorious Heruka subdued it, he also stole the truth of its language, making it impossible to accomplish the task, and transformed it into a song of great auspicious accomplishment, so this song of urging the key points of the deities is good, hence it is famous. The meaning of this song is to urge through metaphors and allegories, like this, whether or not to help the friends of gods and humans, if there is no doubt of thorough consideration from the root, then it is easy. If there is doubt about whether or not to help someone who claims to be a friend, then such a friend seems like an illusory friend. Because it is the shadow of a friend, one should not give such a person the name of a friend, no one would call him a friend. This is its meaning. The metaphorical meaning of this passage is said like this: God, you are my God, so you probably don't have the doubt of whether or not to grant me accomplishments. If there really is doubt, then who would call someone like you who looks like a god, a god? This is what it expresses. Regarding the sentence of who should be attacked or who should not be attacked, it is also urging in the form corresponding to the previous sentence, like this, the so-called hero refers to those who draw out the enemy and attack them back without being discouraged or hesitant. If someone who claims to be a hero has doubts about whether or not to counterattack the enemy, then such an attack is like an illusion and a shadow, because it has no practical meaning, so who would call such a person a hero? This is its meaning. The "All Arising Wisdom Mudra" of glorious Hayagriva, that is, the "All Arising Wisdom Mudra," which was shown as the first of the twenty-eight transformation mudras, what its own essence is, which deity's mudra it is, and in what circumstances it is used, all of these have been explained.
