Transcending the entirety of the network of existence, it is the supreme bliss. Furthermore, due to the power of taming, it is also said to be so because of completely enjoying all the enjoyments of supreme bliss. Where does it reside? It resides in the delight of the supreme secret, thus it is connected. This word "place" encompasses the uncommon places of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, which are profound and vast in their scope, surpassing the scope of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and all the teachings of nature and transformation. Among them, the supreme secret is primarily the Great Seal (Mahamudra), because it transcends all characteristics and cannot be an object of experience. That itself is delight, because it is free from the harm of suffering. Therefore, the word "resides" also indicates that the self-born mind hero resides in the nature of the Great Seal. Thus it is connected, it is not dualistic. Also, from the perspective of transformation, the mandala of Dakinis such as the glorious Supreme Bliss Mother is the delight of the supreme secret, because it is not the realm of those without merit, it is the place of enjoyment and bliss, and it is the place of supreme liberation. Residing there also means that the Bhagavan, the Great Bliss itself, enjoys the enjoyment of supreme bliss in the mandala of Dakinis, residing without separation. Thus it is connected. Furthermore, for those who wish to abide in inner bliss, from the perspective of the path, the result, and the means of accomplishing the Mudra ritual as one, the secret is the bhaga of the lotus. That itself is also the essence, the place of supreme bliss is delight. The bliss of Samadhi that arises from the Bodhicitta that relies on that, which transcends thought, is called the supreme word. Therefore, the word "resides there" also indicates that the Samadhi of the great mind hero itself resides in the place of supreme bliss, inseparable from bliss. Therefore, it also implicitly shows that the Mudra ritual for accomplishing that state is also this. How does it reside? It is said to be "the nature of all," meaning it resides without duality. How so? As it has been shown, the glorious Vajrasattva is the nature of all the victors, and the stable and moving things.

Thus, it shows that it abides inseparably in the nature of all things through self-nature and emanation. When does it abide? It is said that it abides constantly. As it has been shown, since all phenomena are simultaneous and without any interruption, it abides constantly. Therefore, it says, "This is," as it has been shown, these dharmas appear manifestly in the realm of individual self-cognizant wisdom, and their activities also always appear in this way to the completely pure retinue, therefore, the term "This is" is explained as an obvious statement. That itself is self-arisen, the Bhagavan not created by causes and conditions. How is that? The mind of enlightenment is not generated by the power of lineage and spiritual friends. It is not manifestly accomplished by the accumulation of merit and wisdom. The nature of the fruit, the unsurpassed mind, and the mind of beginningless lineage, also have no specific nature, because they are indivisible in all respects, therefore it is called Vajrasattva. It is called Samantabhadra. Any form body that is empowered by it is also called that. That itself is Bhagavan, because it possesses the power to transcend all maras. Furthermore, bhaga is the Great Seal, which is beyond all characteristics. Possessing that is Bhagavan. Again, abiding constantly non-dually with the bliss of the lotus bhaga is Bhagavan. Again, bhaga is the assembly of dakinis, those who possess perfect power. Because it has dominion over these, it is Bhagavan. It is called the uniquely great deity because no other deity is perceived other than the glorious Vajrasattva in the sense described above, and there is no other power, because the mind of enlightenment is the self-nature and the chief of all things. Therefore, it is also said that all Buddhas are in union, because all the Sugatas of the ten directions and three times, together with their offspring, and the realm of objects consisting of the stable and the moving, and all that is known as time and person, etc., there is nothing that is not the seal of the self-nature and activities of the glorious Vajrasattva.
