Regarding the mudra of the Hayagriva, there are two kinds of accomplished symbolic mudras. The two that are mentioned refer to the two mentioned above, or the two unmentioned ones, begging and banners. The seventh discernment. Now, this is called the chapter of Offering Various Transformations. In order to show the prostration and whose mudra. Then further explanation: Vajrasattva, the glorious deity's, all kinds of supreme forms, all offerings are transformations. And so on, it is said. In order to show that, the right and left hands, the fingers and little fingers beautifully transformed. And so on, the mudra of prostration is spoken. To this, the first verse should first be applied to all the mudras of the various families. Like this, the left hand holding the vajra fist placed on the left hip, then the right index finger and little finger released from the left hand, transforming into the vajra dance posture. Lower the left hand and place it on the hip, like holding a bell. Raise the right hand, the tips of the thumb and index finger touching, like raising a banner. After doing this generally, then apply it to the mudras of the various families mentioned earlier. What is the nature of these mudras, can be known by the name itself. Whose is it? It is the six families, like what was said before. Accompanied by service and the supreme of elevation. And so on, it speaks of the glorious Vajrasattva's. The palm of the vajra glory transforms. And so on, it speaks of the glorious Vairochana's. In the manner of raising the left eyebrow. And so on, it speaks of the glorious Heruka's. The palms like lotus buds. And so on, it speaks of the glorious Padmanartesvara's. All the limbs of the body. And so on, it speaks of the glorious Vajra Sun's. The glorious Vajra's majestic posture. And so on, it speaks of the glorious Hayagriva's. Where should those mudras be applied? In the mandalas shown earlier, when offering various offerings, first the mudra of prostration should be applied. After that, in order to use the mudra of dance, how many tantras of dance. And so on, it is said, these also self

Through this name, one can know what its essence is. It belongs to the six lineages, just as mentioned before. Starting from the song "Auspicious Hum (Tibetan: སྐལ་བཟང་ཧཱུཾ།), offer everything," until the end, it belongs to the glorious Vajrasattva. The hands, left and right, the fingers and little fingers beautifully changing, the vajra joined palms, etc., belong to the glorious Vairochana. From "hands, left and right" to "the skull palm of Heruka," it belongs to Heruka. Similarly, the palm of the glorious Padmanartesvara and the palm of the glorious Vajraratna are also joined. The dance of the glorious Hayagriva is not mentioned separately, but is joined universally. "Scattering upwards, pouring downwards," etc., these dances of offering flowers, etc., should also be understood as dances common to the lineages. Where should these dance mudras be used? Just as mentioned before, when offering various offerings such as flowers in the mandalas, first use the mudra of prostration, and then offer with the dance mudras. In this regard, all twenty-eight transformation mudras mentioned in the ninth chapter are also offerings, and the hand and dance mudras mentioned in this eighth chapter are also mudras. Why are only these considered to be emanations of offerings? This is because these two are only considered to be offerings, while the twenty-eight mudras are the mudras of placement. This should be understood. On the other hand, the twenty-eight mudras are in the style of the later tantras, supplementing the earlier tantras in the style of detailed elaboration of mudras, while the two mudras of liberation and the glorious Vajra Eye mentioned in the tenth chapter, in the style of the later tantras' further later part, are said to include all those elaborated mudras. Therefore, as said, those are not the same need. The distinction of the auspicious Bhadrakalpa Samaya, here the word samaya means serving, therefore the offering itself is explained as the word samaya. Eight distinctions.
