The mudra is like this: With both hands, left and right, the index finger and little finger are beautifully curved. The glorious left hand presents a stretching posture, while the right hand forms a three-petaled lotus. With the left hand raised to the eyebrows, snap the fingers while uttering "Rulu Rulu." Along with Brahma, Ishvara, and Maheshvara, beings of the three realms will pay homage. This is the mudra of prostration to glorious Heruka. The mudra of the offering dance is: With both hands, left and right, the index finger and little finger are beautifully curved, the vajra palms are opened upwards, presenting the posture of offering torma. By performing the dance in the charnel ground attire, dancing with this mudra, gathering the glorious Vajra power, offer all offerings. This is the skull palm of glorious Heruka, the mudra of all offering tormas. Possessing this mudra, one can transform into nine burning dances, and utter the sounds "Haha Rulu Rulu." Scatter upwards, pour downwards, rotate, and similarly smear. Offer flowers, incense, excellent lamps, and the offering of fragrance. Whether it is anything, even if it is empty, or anything within one's means, as long as one equally fulfills the vows, all offerings will be accomplished. Therefore, with the mudras and dances of glorious Heruka's song mudra, and cymbals and other instruments, make offerings. The song mudra is: Emit the vajra laughter, exhale breath from the cheeks, and utter the deep "Rulu Rulu" sound like a dragon's roar. With this mudra, the yogi can increase the three realms, attain liberation, and perform killing, even resurrecting the dead. The mudra of the cymbals is: Flutes and single-stringed instruments, as well as various zithers and dense zithers, all these described as the mudra of cymbals, can perfectly accomplish all actions.
