If these mudras are applied, oneself or others, the practitioner will quickly achieve accomplishment, becoming as supreme as Vajrasattva. When rising, similarly perform empowerment and protection, etc., generate joy with peaceful palms, and abide as pleased. If one wishes to introduce disciples into such a gathering mandala, one should also bestow empowerment and vows as stated therein. Having practiced according to the vows made through such rituals, one should ultimately receive the objects of accomplishment, whether or not the signs of accomplishment are obtained. The ritual of practice is completed in the gathering mandala in the manner of the glorious great mandala of Vajrasattva. For those who have no interest in great mandalas and dislike many rituals, the ritual of practice for those who wish to practice the single mudra of glorious Vajrasattva, as stated in the second chapter with unelaborated conduct, is as follows: First, one should receive secret empowerment and transmission from a Vajra master. In a comfortable place, arrange as many inner and outer offerings as possible, and decorate and adorn with flowers and other ornaments. Straighten body and mind and enter into samadhi. First, meditate on the complete purification of all three realms of existence with non-objective wisdom. Then, reciting Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum), meditate on them in the places of body, speech, and mind respectively, blessing them to become suitable vessels. Again, meditate on the white letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese Meaning: A) in the heart, and perform all the emanation and gathering of its rays, thereby urging the Buddhas and accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, and then gathering again, meditate on a spotless moon mandala as clear as an autumn moon. On top of that, contemplate the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum), the essence of the three poisons purified into body, speech, and mind. By performing the emanation and gathering as before, contemplate the Vajra of wisdom, the mind itself being the Vajra nature from the beginning. From that, generate the complete mantra body. Bless with the three letters as before. Then, bind the Vajra exceedingly joyful mudra at the heart, and by reciting Surata Tvam, the

Having generated the deity indistinguishable from the Bhagavan Vajra Rabtu Gawa from the crown of the head, bless it with "Om Ah Hum" as before. Then, having blessed the two places with the letters Hum and Dhri, offer the supreme offerings. Invite all the Buddhas of the ten directions to appear visibly, and also arrange whatever outer and inner offerings are available. Then, do as much recitation and meditation as possible. The secret mantra for that is: "Om Maha Sukha Vajrasattva Ah Ja Hum Bam Hoh Suratastvam," or "Om Maha Sukha Hum." The determination of the form is: like the color of the full moon, slightly red, seated in the vajra posture on a lotus seat of various colors, with a moon mandala as a backdrop, adorned with the five Buddhas on the head, the vajra and bell slightly tilted, adorned with all ornaments. In its heart, it is also adorned with the wisdom being and the letter Hum. Meditate in this way as much as possible, and when you want to release, gather the consort into the wisdom being, and that also into the vajra. Then the footstool of Hum dissolves into Ha, from Ha, desire becomes a crescent moon. The crescent moon itself also becomes a bindu. The bindu itself is also suchness. Having gathered in this way, when rising, protect the body with body, speech, and mind. Always abide in the mind. When always practicing the yidam in this way, after the vows are fulfilled, from the practice, at the time of obtaining accomplishment, obtain accomplishment from being inseparable from the consort. The glorious Vajrasattva Samantabhadra's daily mudra ritual is complete. Now, I will explain the practice in the mandala of the assembly of the Bhagavan Vairochana. Therefore: The yogi is the Bhagavan himself, the Vajrasattva Tathagata, in order to purify all liberation, the dakinis of beings will arise. Similar to one's own deity, with the seal of one's own blessings, practice the emanation of the Buddha that corresponds to the mudra as it is. Thus it is said. This also, the place of practice is: as it is said in this very text: In stupas and monasteries, and on all mountaintops, in various and diverse ways, practice the intention of the Buddhas. Thus it is said. The materials are especially red flowers and
