Like a turning wheel staying in place, eat food as if wiping a chariot's hooves. The desire realm abides by food, thus the Victorious One has taught in one Dharma. The body should be known like a tree in water, the mind should not be attached to food and drink, etc. The six senses that scatter to objects, should be guarded by the wisdom spoken by the Sugata. From those alms bowls, take one, look where the yoke is and practice alms gathering. Smiling and walking, speaking with a sidelong glance, all limbs are forms that captivate the mind. A woman's form is like a pleasing weapon, it can directly steal the hearts of men. Covering the eyes with a blazing iron plow is better, but one should not see a woman who destroys mindfulness, and her long eyes. Wherever one goes happily, without holding on, as if taming the mind with the mind, abandoning the best and the middling, one goes silently into another's house. Wherever there is a newborn calf, wherever men drink alcohol, wherever young girls play, likewise wherever young men play, wherever householders make merry, wherever many men gather, likewise wherever there is music, a holy person should not go there. Having brought however much alms, how should one first happily divide it? After washing the feet, give to the newcomer, and eat to protect the body. Having eaten at the proper time, bathe at the three times, offer garlands, lamps, incense, praise and fragrance. Having offered offerings without meat and alcohol, sit on a cushion of kusha grass and recite. If incense, perfume, etc. are not found, offer various fragrant flowers. Bodhi seeds, Agarwood, Bael fruit, Vibhitaka, kusha grass, bad smells, and unpleasant grass should be abandoned. Standing, sitting, not lying down to sleep, walking, touching, eating, reading, reciting, and remembering the individual qualities of the six recollections, one should know and remember them. The conduct at the time of recitation is spoken, bodhi seeds, conch shell, crystal, ruby, coral, lotus heart, lead, copper, a rosary of shells with one hundred and eight beads, from those, take one rosary.

The rosary should be picked up, held with the right hand, or twirled with the left hand, without making mistakes. After each round, starting from each bead, the mantra reciter should move them one by one in order. When sitting, one should straighten the mind and body, and the body should also be placed upright and stable. Afterwards, one should also slightly move the very beautiful lips, and clearly recite the secret mantra. The mind is like lightning, a monkey, and the wind, and also like the waves of the great ocean. For things that have sound, and are fond of external objects at will, one must tame this wavering and distraction. When reciting, the mind is peaceful, and relying on this peace, memory will become dull. At this time, one should stand up and walk around, look around, and also wash one's face with water. One should dispel thoughts of attachment, hatred, ignorance, etc., and then abide in virtue, abiding in whatever way is comfortable. From the beginning of recitation until the recitation is finished, one should not speak to Brahmins, kings, Vaishyas, farmers, as well as women, hermaphrodites, boys, girls, and mantra holders. If there is something necessary, one can speak to the attendant of the mantra. After the recitation is finished, one can speak a little. After speaking, after spitting, urinating, and defecating, one should go into the water and bathe. Offering flowers, incense, praise, lamps, as well as upholding morality, diligence, and asceticism, all these merits, I dedicate to the unsurpassed Buddha's Bodhi. For example, when a river flows into the ocean, it becomes the same salty taste. Similarly, by dedicating to the unsurpassed Bodhi, merit will also become the same taste of the Victorious One. For example, some people plant rice for the sake of the fruit, not for the straw, but after obtaining the rice, without having to deliberately pursue it, the accumulation of straw will naturally appear. Similarly, in order to obtain the fruit of Bodhi, one accumulates merit, although not for enjoyment, but like the accumulation of straw, without having to deliberately pursue it, human enjoyment will naturally be realized. Being able to obtain longevity well, as well as places and resources for practicing the Dharma according to the Dharma, or not feeling bored, practitioners, should always perfect these words. Fame and anonymity, obtaining and not obtaining, happiness and suffering, as well as praise and slander, one should destroy these worldly dharmas with the mind.
