My exhaustive distinctions are: the mudras are, the mudra of the sovereign mother of the Vajra realm, the mudra of the stupa that blesses the attainment of mastery over the Dharmadhatu, etc. These mantras should be combined and blessed. Although it is said in the tantras that each of these has its own mudra, it is difficult for practitioners to accomplish, so they rely on the common mudra. Mentioning the blessing of the stupa here is a digression for the sake of easy understanding, and that is sufficient. One should enter the text itself. Thus, after blessing the heart, the blessing of speech is as follows: Although the mouth, tongue, teeth, and lips have already been blessed above, they should be pressed and blessed with this mantra and mudra that expresses all dharmas. The mudra of the tongue, or the mudra of the conch, or the mudra of the neck vase, etc., should be directed towards the mouth, and recite: namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā. pravartaya vajrajñāna sāgarānata svāhā. प्रवर्तय वज्रज्ञान सागरानत स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā. pravartaya vajrajñāna sāgarānata svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage! All Tathagatas! All mouths! All! Turn! Vajra Wisdom Sea Infinite Svaha!) With this, bless it to reveal all aggregates of dharma. Then, the limbs of the body, such as the chest, should be blessed. With the single-pointed vajra mudra, recite: namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā. vajravara aṃga dhāri bura vajro rtama svāhā. All Tathagatas! All mouths! All! Vajra Best Limb Holder Complete Vajra Supreme Svaha!) Blessing the chest. namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā. vajrabāhu rbhava vajrabāhu śūraṃgama svāhā. All Tathagatas! All mouths! All! Vajra Arm Become Vajra Arm Heroic Goer Svaha!) Blessing the hands. namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā hrīṃ. All Tathagatas! All mouths! All! Hrih!) Blessing the feet. Then, touching the hands and feet with the wheel mudra, recite: namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā oṃ. All Tathagatas! All mouths! All! Om!) Blessing the hands and feet to be endowed with the marks of the wheel. From the auspicious knot mudra, extend the two middle fingers, place the two thumbs inside, and touch the navel of the body, reciting: namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā hrīṃ. All Tathagatas! All mouths! All! Hrih!) Blessing the mandala of the body's navel. Although there are other subtle blessings of the limbs and parts of the body, they are not listed because they seem to be included in these. For example, in places like temples, along with the location, there are many mandalas of deities.
