The so-called "Sarvakarani" (All-Accomplishing) is no different from the Dharma King himself in accomplishing the necessary tasks, and it is shown to be accomplished because the method is easy and requires little effort. Its detailed divisions are twofold, distinguished by the presence or absence of signs. Alternatively, it is twofold from the perspective of entering the nature of wisdom, distinguished by the means of representation and the object to be represented, or what has been done. Among these, from the perspective of means, it is known as fourfold, distinguished by the Great Seal, Samaya, Dharma, and Karma Mudra. From the perspective of action, it is known as threefold: the naturally accomplished Mudra, the Wisdom Mudra, and the so-called Great Seal. From the perspective of all being non-dual, some say it is the spontaneously accomplished Mudra, which is a condensed division. From the perspective of exact meaning, the term "Mudra" (藏文:མུ་དྲ་,梵文天城体:मुद्रा,梵文罗马拟音:mudrā,汉语字面意思:印) means a sign. Therefore, it is called a Mudra because it signifies or seals. Also, "Mo" (藏文:མོ་,梵文天城体:मो,梵文罗马拟音:mo,汉语字面意思:无知) is a word that brings joy, meaning the generation of joy. Furthermore, "Mu" (藏文:མུ་,梵文天城体:मु,梵文罗马拟音:mu,汉语字面意思:释放) means liberation, and "Dra" (藏文:ད་ར་,梵文天城体:द्रा,梵文罗马拟音:drā,汉语字面意思:束缚) means binding. It performs the action of binding and liberating, or it is a Mudra for liberating from bondage. Also, "Mu" (藏文:མུ་,梵文天城体:मु,梵文罗马拟音:mu,汉语字面意思:释放) means great, and "Dra" (藏文:ད་ར་,梵文天城体:द्रा,梵文罗马拟音:drā,汉语字面意思:束缚) means destroying, therefore it is a Mudra. Furthermore, if the three syllables of "Mudra" (藏文:མུ་དྲ་,梵文天城体:मुद्रा,梵文罗马拟音:mudrā,汉语字面意思:印) are separated and explained individually, "Mu-mula" (藏文:མུ་མུ་ལ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:mūmula,汉语字面意思:根根) means root, "Da-hetu" (藏文:ད་ཧེ་ཏུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:dahetu,汉语字面意思:原因原因) means cause, and "Ra-smira" (藏文:ར་སྨི་ར་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:rasmira,汉语字面意思:光线光线) means stability. Among these, the root is taught as the root of Samaya, as it is said: "The Samaya of all Buddhas resides perfectly in this Mudra." Like this, whoever guards the Mudra and possesses it becomes one who possesses Samaya. Among these, the cause is the cause of empowerment, as it is said: "From the union, at the time of the Mudra empowerment, after binding with the head ornament, majestically liberate from the edge. Like the end of silk hanging down, after doing so, join the palms." Like this. Stability means blessing, as it is said: "Just by binding this Mudra, all Buddhas will be blessed. If extremely blessed, all Buddhas will gather." Like this. The summary of these meanings also quotes the source of Avatara, which is the root of Samaya.

Thus it is said: The headdress binding is the supreme of causes, because it makes the whole body stable, therefore it is called a mudra. Thus it is proclaimed. Such as this is combined with the meaning of mudra by planting and symbolizing. Thus it is said: As it is said in the Eighty Chapters of Magical Illusion, like the king's own seal, like the king building walls, the form of the great self-existent one, all are different from others, born among all beings. Great bliss abides in the heart, and great power at times, etc., all are planted from all, thus planted in all places. Thus it is proclaimed. Even the signless mudra is also said to be the meaning of mudra because of planting. As it is said in the Chapter on the Essence of Being, there is no essence, no sign, with the great equal mudra, in all directions and times, the qualities and faults of the transcendent and mundane are without arising or ceasing. Such as these. It is also said that mudra is spoken of in the sense of being a symbol or having been done. As it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: Because of making and symbolizing, it is called mudra, because it is made by the vajra mudra. Thus it is proclaimed. Because it is made by the wisdom mudra. Thus it is proclaimed. These are the general etymologies. Among those spoken of in the separate divisions, the samaya mudra is the mind of the Buddhas, which has become the symbol of secret wisdom. This is because it encourages and realizes the samaya, or symbolizes it, and because it is in accordance with the samaya, it is called the samaya mudra. Also, this is what is not transgressed, therefore it is the samaya mudra. The dharma mudra is the dharma spoken by the Buddhas, which has become a symbol, and this is also called the dharma mudra in the same way as before, in the sense of being in accordance with and being. The karma mudra is the form of the symbol of the activities of the Buddhas, and the etymology is the same as before. The mahamudra is the complete symbol, and it is called great because the cause of remembering the deity is great. Also, if the form of one's desired body is complete, it is called great, and even if all of everything is not complete, it is called mahamudra. Others, among those spoken of from the point of view of sealing, self
