That is as stated above. Furthermore, the case of calling the completely pure Dharmadhatu "Deity" is also clearly evident in the treatises of outer and inner Mantras. For example, in the treatise of the Action Tantra, it is also said "Deity of Dharmata," and in the treatise of the Yoga Tantra, it is said "Ultimate Deity." In the treatise of Mahayoga, it is also said "Deity of Ultimate Realm" or "Deity of Completely Pure Realm." Similarly, non-dual wisdom is also called "Deity" in all the treatises. In the treatises of the outsiders, such as the 'Collection of Bodhicitta,' the Samadhi of non-dual nature is called Deity. In the treatise of Mahayoga, such as the 'Union of Bodhi Equality,' it is said "Deity of the mind's nature being extremely vast." The case of calling the characteristics of form as Deity is, for example, in the Action Tantra, six characteristics of the nature of Deity are mentioned, namely, Deities with Mudra, Sound, Letters, Form, and Discrimination. It is also said that these should appear in accordance with what is suitable for the beings to be tamed. In the Yoga Tantra also, the Deities gathered by the four Mudras are considered as Deities through fame and realization. Even things that appear ordinary are considered to appear as moving and unmoving Dharmas in the minds of the beings to be tamed, through the blessings of Samantabhadra Bodhicitta. For example, "The great elements accomplish the benefit of sentient beings" and so on are widely proclaimed. In the Mahayoga Tantra also, it is said that at the time of taming with the body, it appears as the body, and at the time of taming with speech, the Tathagata himself appears as speech, therefore letters are the Tathagata himself. Even though things appear ordinary, it is said, "Because sentient beings' merit greatly increases, all that is unmoving is only the lord. Because the mind is to be gathered, it moves." and so on. And in the latter part of the 'Tantra of the Union of the Pure Realms of the Three Worlds,' it is said, "Because of the three, the self is the form of the three existences and the three supreme ones." and so on, which are widely proclaimed. The word "Deity" mentioned in the treatises should be understood as included in the Three Jewels themselves. Among them, it is particularly explained in the Mahayoga Tantra

When abandoning the gods and humans from the limbs, all dharmas are inherently pure. Cause and effect are inseparable, and they are spontaneously accomplished from the very beginning. Because one is enlightened in the dharma of the result, it is also considered the greatness of manifest enlightenment. This overcomes all inferior views, and therefore it is regarded as the supreme yoga. In this sense, all dharmas are called gods. The explanation of the name called "god" is: immortal, brave, and especially stable, giving the meaning of desire and peace, the body abides, accomplishing benefit, and because it is worthy of respect, it is called a god. As it appears in the treatise called Abhidharma, here too, wherever there is a suitable occasion for reason, it should be associated with the god. These are the explanations of the characteristics of the gods. What is yoga? It is the nature of uniting without duality. It also has two distinctions: without characteristics and with characteristics. Among them, the union without characteristics also has two aspects: whole and subsequent destruction. Among them, the yoga of grasping the whole is: starting from one's own aggregates, contemplating with the view and samadhi of believing in no-self, and believing that all dharmas are the same as that, this is the practice of yoga without characteristics. Subsequent destruction is: examining the characteristics of all dharmas individually with the knowledge of wisdom, one should be convinced that it is not established in the nature of anything, knowing it in this way, and since oneself is also included in the category of all dharmas, similarly determining it as without characteristics, and then practicing its yoga. Yoga with characteristics is: from the perspective of the basis, yoga is taught in three ways, like this, the yoga that demonstrates in accordance with those who say that external objects exist is called the yoga of blessing. The exposition that accords with the Yogacara school is called the yoga of complete analysis. The exposition that accords with Madhyamaka is called the yoga of perfection. In this way, it is also clearly stated in the Guhyagarbha Tantra: the vow of blessing is the first, complete analysis is of the Yogacara school, it should be perfected in Madhyamaka, this is examined in the yoga ritual. Thus it is said. Among them, the manner of blessing is this: Vipaka
