Benefiting others is the kind of being who will be fortunate enough to attain accomplishments and enlightenment in the future. Now, I will explain how the path arises in the continuum. Among them, for the path that has previously attained common accomplishments, first, when the qualities of the path with outflows are obtained, relying on the seeds of non-outflows that have been planted, later, one will see the face of the Tathagata. When hearing the incomparable Dharma, one will obtain the pure Dharma eye for the Dharma, and the non-outflow wisdom will arise in the continuum. Therefore, it will gradually increase and be united with the great enlightenment. For those who have previously engaged in yoga, obtaining the limbs of yoga during the practice period means that when samadhi is mastered, the conceptualizations that arise as the nature of knowable and knowing cease, or the first wisdom arises, thereby obtaining the mind without outflows. Up to this point, it is included in the category of practice. It is also known as a yogi who has slightly attained wisdom. Therefore, through extreme familiarization, and during the close practice, one obtains stable wisdom free from grasping and being grasped, which is also called a yogi who has mastered wisdom. Then, entering into the actual practice, one obtains the manifestation of the nature of body, speech, and mind like a vajra, and also obtains control over all dharmas, before which it is called a yogi who has manifested true wisdom. Great actual practice refers to obtaining wisdom like a vajra and manifesting the Dharmakaya with activities. For the situation of those who initially take the power of bodhicitta as the guide, there is no special distinction between the stages of practice, and in general, it does not exceed these limits. Among them, after initially generating bodhicitta, realizing that all dharmas are inseparable from the nature of the three aspects like a vajra, and not being distracted from this, when repeatedly familiarizing oneself, initially, even if the conceptualizations that appear as grasping and being grasped have not transformed, the conceptualizations that cling to the reality of grasping and being grasped will transform, and by the power of this, the afflictions arising from the basis of self-grasping will also become weak.

Even if pleasant or unpleasant things appear, strong attachment and aversion will not arise. No matter how things appear, there will be no strong clinging to their nature. This is the first sign of warmth in abandoning the places of self-grasping. Similarly, by repeatedly practicing, even if appearances do not change, the mind will arise that all appearances are like reflections. At that time, one will also see that the causes of manifest afflictions are also naturally pacified. This is the second sign of warmth. After that, by the power of extremely great habituation, even if a subtle concept of grasping and being grasped arises, one will feel that one has a slight experience. This is the third sign of warmth. After that, when wisdom and samadhi become extremely powerful, by that power, all concepts naturally subside, and even if a subtle concept of grasping and being grasped arises, there is no experience, and when one is separated from all appearances and feelings, this is called the true path. One obtains the first uncontaminated wisdom. From then on, by repeatedly practicing in the same way, one can also exhaust the latent tendencies, gain mastery over the Dharma, and attain the state of Vidyadhara. Similarly, one can also apply oneself to the Buddha-ground. This is merely a description of how uncontaminated wisdom arises. However, from the very beginning, the power of samadhi endowed with wisdom and compassion arises, and at the same time, the two accumulations are perfected, and the two bodies of the result are also spontaneously accomplished. For this method, some people practice the two, skillful means and wisdom, alternately in stages. After the practice is completed, there are those who practice them simultaneously at the end. Among them, some first practice wisdom, then practice skillful means, and finally practice non-duality. Some first practice skillful means, then practice wisdom, and likewise practice alternately, and finally practice non-duality. Some people mainly practice wisdom in all ways, and learn by observing that skillful means naturally arise from its power. Some people mainly practice the mudra of skillful means, and wisdom is its nature.
