If one possesses wisdom, one will attain the state of Sameness King, the Buddha. If one relies on a mind of acceptance and rejection, one will not attain it. This is what it means. This very principle is also taught in the "Great Accomplishment Dance," which states: Without practice, the dance; without aspiration, the wish; without action, spontaneously accomplished; the primordial Suchness. Pure awareness, the nature of great bliss, how can childish actions of wrong thought deceive it? In the great bliss where duality is extinguished, all sentient beings can act. Even the mistaken path of delusion is not different from the great path shown above. If one knows sameness, one is the lord of all Buddhas. This is said because the nature of sentient beings and Buddhas is inseparable. Because it cannot be corrected by the path, it is without practice. Because there is no separation between knowledge and the object of knowledge, it is the dance. Because the distinction of qualities cannot be surpassed, it is without aspiration. Because there is no distinction between incompatibility and antidote, it is without action. Because all the Buddha's teachings are inherently present, it is spontaneously accomplished, and it is called the primordial Suchness. Even if one defiles such a meaning with a deluded mind, the nature does not change. Therefore, it is said: Pure awareness, the nature of great bliss, how can childish actions of wrong thought deceive it? This is said because if the nature of conceptual mind itself is not established, how can the actions of formation driven by it be established? Therefore, the nature of mind is the non-dual Bodhicitta, the great bliss. How can it be changed by defilement? Just as a mirage's dust cannot defile the sky. That which appears to be defiled is itself the great path of purity. Just as there is no difference in nature between a mirage and the sky, they are inseparable. Because there is no difference in nature between considering it the path of samsara due to delusion and considering it the path of liberation due to non-delusion. Whichever yogi realizes this meaning and becomes steadfast, abiding in that state, because it is in accordance with the intention of Samantabhadra Vajrasattva himself, it is said: If one knows sameness, one is the lord of all Buddhas. This is what is said. This principle is also stated in the "Six Vajra Syllables": By grasping, the disease of effort is abandoned; by spontaneously abiding, it is placed. This is said because all phenomena
