First, each holds their own symbols. The left hand first holds a vessel filled with red Bhaṇḍa. The others are connected in order. Regarding what is called the mudra of place and region: Why are the eight mothers called the mudra of place? Because in other tantras, they are known as the eight mothers of the place of consciousness, and consciousness itself is called place. Here, place refers to that which includes the senses and consciousness. In some places, place refers to the senses. In some places, it refers to the view of self. In some places, it refers to the vessel-world. Therefore, here it is taken as the place of consciousness. The senses and consciousness together are called place. Region and time are also included in region. Therefore, those that have become the mudras of their nature are called that. Chapter Seventeen. In Chapter Eighteen, it is said: The mandala dissolves into the mandala. This means that the assemblies of offerings should also be known as the nature and blessings of the deities. One can offer, or one can emanate as an offering goddess, and from her mudra, emanate a great cloud of offerings, and contemplate offering by dissolving it into the senses of the deities. Thus, it will be taught. It will be perfected as the great mudra. This means that there is no contradiction even if the sides of the words of the signless great mudra and the great mudra with signs are quoted. These offerings are also taught in the context of the wrathful deity mandala, and in the context of the peaceful deity, it has already been fully taught above. If there are statements such as "This is the offering of the wrathful deity," then the difference of complete self-nature has not been seen. Chapter Eighteen. Now, in order to explain the samaya, it is stated from "Then," and so on. In order to make it meaningful, it means that the basis of all trainings is samaya, just as if the life force of a person ceases, then all the senses will cease. If the noble yogis do not have the training of samaya, then all the trainings of the senses and so on will become meaningless. Therefore, it is said that way. The general meaning of samaya has already been explained above. Here, only the text will be stated, that is, first, the great
