Moreover, apart from just the phenomena of form, smell, taste, and touch, there is no meaning to the word "vase." Those forms, etc., are also not the meaning of the word "vase." Therefore, that name is meaningless. Since the name itself cannot express, lead to, or represent meaning, it is not even a name. For example, just as the word "rabbit's horn" has no meaning, that name also cannot express anything, because it is false. So, what did the Teacher intend by teaching various kinds of Dharma? It is because, for the moment, on the level of falsehood itself, it appears as a similar aspect. By relying on that, one can gradually enter into the profound meaning. It is only on that level that the Buddha taught these things, but one should not be too attached to words and the meaning of words. This is what the Buddha taught. Now, in order to explain the condensed meaning, the Buddha said, "Ah! The fault of the root of existence arises from clinging to a self," and so on. These also show that all the phenomena of samsara are the mind's own appearance, and all the phenomena of nirvana are the wisdom's own appearance. Among them, the word "Ah!" is kept as it is, which is "Emaho." "Becoming" means "existence," which is the five aggregates of appropriation themselves. That itself is samsara, and the root of all its faults is said to be "arising from clinging to a self." That is, due to clinging to the view of the aggregates of destruction, unreal conceptualizations arise. Due to its influence, karma and afflictions manifest. Due to the ripening of the imprints of various actions, various births manifest as body, place, enjoyment, suffering, and so on. But these are also just false conceptions, merely appearing to be established as such. In reality, they do not exist as they appear. In the state of the noble ones, it is also just the self-appearance of wisdom. To explain this, the Buddha said, "Emptiness, selflessness, omniscient, self-aware mind. Without object or subject, freely transform awareness," and so on. That is, knowing and understanding the meaning of emptiness and selflessness is the self-awareness of wisdom. It

At the moment of attaining freedom and power, through that blessing, in the wondrous pure land of the three kayas and qualities, there is nothing else, it is just like that. This means that wisdom itself appears as such, or it is said to be its blessing. This is called the "Chapter on Determining All Dharmas." In this chapter, there is nothing that is not shown about the basis of dharma, the path of dharma, the fruit of dharma, the ultimate dharma, and all the ways of explaining and teaching dharma. Because there is nothing that does not exhaust its nature, it is said to determine all dharmas. The definition of dharma is: the word dharmā (梵文天城体:धर्म,梵文罗马拟音:dharma,汉语字面意思:法) has the meaning of holding. When all knowable things are called dharma, it is called the dharma of holding characteristics. When used for the path, fruit, and ultimate truth, it is called dharma because it holds from falling. When used for the scriptures that are explained and taught, it is called dharma because it holds reason. When used for the establishment of places, it should also be combined with holding reason. When divided into dharma and entities possessing dharma, it is called dharma because this dharma is held by others. These are the general ways in which the word dharma is applied. The above is the third chapter showing how the great compassion blessing of the Buddhas manifests. Now, we will explain the entry into the subject matter of the tantra, and first, the display of the illusion of letters. As mentioned above, since it is the basis of all actions, it is first explained starting from the illusion of letters. In order to show it, it is said, "Then, all the Tathagatas became one thought," and so on. Although all Buddhas do not have different thoughts, however, because here it is to show that all are enlightened in the nature of the illusion of letters, it is said that they have become one thought. It is called "The principle of great equality in the Vajra realm," which here refers to the thought of non-duality of all dharmas. In other places, it refers to the body, speech, and mind becoming the pure land of Vajra, and the union of skillful means and wisdom, and so on. It is called "All dharmas abide only in name," just as it was said earlier, "All dharmas are only nominal designations."
