Furthermore, that which is the main deity surrounded by the mandala of retinue, is called a mandala because of that meaning. Also, 'mada' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means beautiful, and 'la' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means adorned. Thus, the Bhagavan is adorned with the place and retinue, etc., and therefore it is called that. Or, 'mada' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means to subdue or overwhelm, and 'la' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means to hold the base. With this meaning, the very place where one resides is also called a mandala. The explanation of the divisions of the mandala is that those famous from various texts should be divided according to their respective contexts. What is famous in this text is from the later tantra of this very text: "This is the nature mandala, the image-superior mandala three, the samadhi-superior mandala nine, the bodhicitta and the supreme assembly are taught." Thus it is said, and thus it is taught to be divided into seven mandalas. Among these, the nature mandala is the way in which the nature of all dharmas is primordially pure, and the Buddha Bhagavan who has spontaneously accomplished the meaning of such, as was said earlier in the context of teaching the Three Jewels. The image mandala is that all that appears in the sensory field of sentient beings is considered to be a spontaneously accomplished mandala. The superior image is, in particular, those that are body images and stupas, etc., that have become symbols of mudras. The samadhi mandala is that all dharmas are understood to be inseparable as the mandala of body, speech, and mind, and that itself is made the object of samadhi. The superior samadhi is that, in particular, the lineages of the various deities, the body colors, and the hand implements, etc., are clearly manifested separately from that basis. The secret bodhicitta mandala is that the bodhicitta, the great bliss itself, is the supreme of mandalas, and it teaches the instructions for realizing and meditating on that itself. The assembly mandala is like this: "All the gods assemble, all the holy beings assemble, the supreme assembly mandala, thus it is said to be a gathering of friends." Like this it appears. In this root tantra, there is especially no division of the mandala by number, but in essence, it is the nature mandala and that.

Thus, Samadhi, Image, Assembly, and the Mandala of Bodhicitta are shown. Among these, the manifestation of the nature and miracles of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad, is manifested as the Mandala of Nature. That which is said to meditate on the Mandala of Samadhi is Samadhi. That which becomes a symbolic hand seal with colored powder, etc., is the Image. That which is practiced by the assembly of noble beings to complete the Mandala is the Assembly. That which shows the great bliss of Bodhicitta as a secret instruction is the Mandala of Bodhicitta. Why is the Mandala mostly shown as the main point in the Tantras? Because the main cause for accomplishing the Dharma kingdom of the great beings is the Dharma King himself. Secondly, the Samaya is the characteristic of acting according to the teachings of the great beings. It is also the characteristic of entering into and withdrawing from what should and should not be done. It also has three characteristics: the command of the Buddhas, the discipline of the great Lord of Yoga, and the characteristic of being inviolable. These are distinguished from ordinary good deeds, the vows of the common vehicle, and those who have no great fault even if they transgress. Among them, why is it called Samaya? Because the word "Samaya (藏文,梵文天城体:समय,梵文罗马拟音:samaya,汉语字面意思:time)" generally has many meanings. To summarize briefly, in verse form: All attainment, going, and realization, Likewise, the three such as right attainment, Perfect attainment, time, and union, Secret reliance, eating, and, Vows, precepts, and retinue, Becoming supreme and supreme sign, Supreme declaration and holding, Transgression leads to burning, All are not transgressable, Therefore, it is called Samaya (藏文,梵文天城体:समय,梵文罗马拟音:samaya,汉语字面意思:time). It should be known. Therefore, here it refers to that which causes union, the attainment of perfect union, and that which is not to be transgressed, hence it is called Samaya. In the later Tantras, other aspects such as the names mentioned above are also explained. The divisions of Samaya are generally known as common, special, and superior Samaya. Among them, the common vows are the vows of the common vehicle.
