Furthermore, I will briefly explain how all schools of thought are summarized into five schools. That is, some schools believe that the external dependent origination that appears as the object and the subject is like the process from seed to fruit; the internal dependent origination that appears as ignorance to old age and death. This does not exist independently of the mind, but due to the power of the delusion of one's own mind, it appears as the object and the subject, and clings to the reality of the object and the subject. This is what they proclaim. This is like the view of the Yogacara and Yogacara-Madhyamaka schools. The second school believes that the ripened results of virtuous and non-virtuous actions, as well as unwavering actions, and the dominant result, exist in the lower realms, higher realms, and pure lands, and will not be wasted. These are not merely mind and mental factors. This is what they proclaim. This is like the view of the Sravaka-Vaibhasika, Sautrantika, and Sautrantika-Madhyamaka schools. The third school believes that although karma and its results, and the power of deluded appearances, cannot be denied, practitioners who please the knowledge mantras and secret mantras, and who possess bodhicitta and the three qualities, will not be defiled by them. This is what they proclaim. This is like the view held by the holders of the Kriya Tantra, Carya Tantra, and Outer Yoga. The fourth school believes that karma itself is wisdom, suffering itself is bodhi, and affliction itself is the nature of great liberation. How can one think that these will be defiled? They will not be defiled. This is what they proclaim. This is like the view held by the holders of the Maha Yoga Tantra. The fifth school believes that all phenomena, such as suffering and bodhi, are primordially equal in the nature of great equality, and are spontaneously accomplished without distinction. Who meditates on what, and what will be accomplished? They proclaim that there is no such place. This is the ultimate point of all schools. This is like the glorious Vajrasattva Magical Net Tantra, the glorious Secret Essence Tantra itself. Therefore, all characteristics and tantras...

Generally, the Secret Essence (Tibetan: གསང་བ་སྙིང་པོ།) is the sole definitive understanding, from which all else arises and the wheel of Dharma is turned. Describing these principles is the general principle of the Wheel of Emanation. The Wheel of Speech, through the gateways of various vehicles, expounds various tenets, and the supreme fruit of these tenets is itself. This should be understood. Although there are many ways and methods of explaining all the tantras, for the sake of easy understanding, it can be briefly summarized as: the names of the general and specific tantras are revealed, as well as the classification, measure, content, and necessary connections of the tantras. All of these should be understood as comprehensive. In occasions other than explaining the text, when merely revealing the name "Tantra," if it is revealed through content, essence, classification, definition, and measure, then the sentences will be coherent. Here, because it is explaining the text, the name should be revealed first. Generally, the nature of appearing as sound is the Tantra. It is generally believed that the past aspirations of the great nature of all teachers, as well as the power of great compassion and other factors, and the cause of the pure imprints of those to be tamed, manifest the emanations of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind, among which the nature of appearing as sound is considered the Tantra. Moreover, it is constituted by the teachings of the great Lord of Yoga, and is particularly distinguished by showing mandalas and other contents, and should not be adhered to in the manner of the Paramitas and so on. Regarding this, the etymology of "Tantra" is: Sanskrit: tantra pravanta, meaning: the tantras of mantras through the ritual of practicing subtle actions such as pacifying, as well as the ritual of practicing great common achievements such as clairvoyance and magic, as well as the difference of the ritual of practicing liberation from non-abiding Nirvana, root mantras and heart mantras and other mantras, as well as the mandalas, mudras, offerings, fire offerings, actions, and vows of these mantras are interrelatedly explained, therefore it is called Tantra. This is the revelation of the general name of all tantras. The revelation of the specific name is: Noble King of Thought, Vajra (Tibetan: འཕགས་པ་རྟོག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ།)
