Rescuing from karmic debts and establishing in the glory of benefit and happiness, the supreme Bodhisattvas, adorning themselves with the armor of love and compassion, liberate and uplift sentient beings who are impoverished and suffering. Noble Avalokiteśvara, with the stream of milk flowing from his fingers, alleviates the hunger and thirst of pretas, and rescues merchants of Jambudvipa from the island of Rakshasas, and so forth. Common peaceful activities, such as the power of the mantra of Avalokiteśvara causing the Bhikshuni Palmo to be liberated from the illness of the Naga demon, and the accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo pacifying the eons of disease, famine, and weapons in Lhasa (modern Lhasa), Sakya (modern Sakya County, Tibet), Kham Minyak, and other places in Tibet. Great Bodhisattvas should adorn themselves and don the great armor of vows. Especially for saving beings who are difficult to tame and wild, relying on the deity mantra of Guru Dorje Thotreng, who excels all Buddhas in compassion and activity, is the most profound, swift, and blessed empowerment. Etc., all fall into the main text. End part. Secondly, to accomplish limitless peaceful activities, empowerment is given with the auspicious and virtuous bathing vase that purifies. Outwardly, this precious vase filled with nectar, inwardly, Guru Dorje Thotreng as the main deity and his retinue, with the manifestation of the light of wisdom, the purifying wisdom nectar born from the body that eliminates all the decline of samsara and nirvana, is empowered and bathed. May one be willing to receive the empowerment of limitless activities that can pacify all unfavorable and declining groups such as diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and the eight fears, without a name. Holding the pacifying vase, recite: Auspiciously named Vajra Kalasha! Filled with the stream of purifying nectar, empowering and bathing the fortunate disciples, may all unfavorable and adverse conditions be pacified! Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Vajra Thotreng Tsal Vajra Samaya Dzah Siddhi Phala Hung Ah! Om Sarva Papam Klesha Sarva Bhaya Shantim Kuru Svaha! Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Te Samaya Shri Ye Hum! Thus, by bathing and empowering with the stream of wisdom water from the purifying nectar vase, the peaceful activities are accomplished without hindrance. May you believe that you have received the blessings and attainments that can effortlessly accomplish the two benefits through the various doors of peaceful activities that pacify all the hosts of temporary and ultimate samsaric and nirvanic declines. May the hosts of outer and inner adversities, such as the eight fears, the part of foolish evil mind that generates karma and defilements, and the stream of beings that generate the transformations of the four māras, be auspicious with the nameless peaceful activity! From these, the Vajra Garland of Skulls, who performs peaceful activities, and so on, from taking vows, offerings, etc., after the empowerment, and the concluding ritual of the activity manual, etc., should be done as stated at the time of the Buddha.
