ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་班匝咕噜布达托创匝班匝萨玛雅匝悉地帕拉ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ हूँ त्राम् ह्रीः आः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 吽 创 舍 阿） ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱ༔ མཱུཾ་ལཱཾ་མཱཾ་པཱཾ་ཏཱཾ༔ 班匝阿弥利达ཧཱུྃ་舍ཐཱ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：） 萨瓦阿比钦匝弥༔ 药物宫殿置三处，如是甘露胜成就，殊胜圣物作灌顶。 简言之，见能净除罪堕，闻能除晦补损减，触能大乐于续生，尝能现前生智慧，持能守护增威权，如是等等广说也。 获得六解脱之事业权，令诸有情无勤解脱于双运金刚界，恒常周遍任运成就之殊胜事业，请信能成一切事业之灌顶。 从迁变之有摆脱轮回，功德一切之主无等之法王，恒常周遍利乐任运成就智慧身，祈愿菩提殊胜之事业吉祥。 以彼等一切殊胜事业任运成就，布达托创匝之，特殊修持之灌顶，总别圆满成就也。 根本与支分之誓言，给予遮止总与差别，咕噜布达......班匝，ra纳，贝玛，嘎玛，托创匝之本尊咒语三摩地，主要依之，殊胜之寂静，增益，怀爱，猛厉，以无量事业，成就二利如意之借誓，请随念此誓言承诺。 主尊如何等等与，供施，身受用供养，善愿等如共同仪轨而行。 事业后之次第等，究竟而出令成善妙。 轮回寂灭无畏之慧悲日，二利一切任运成就胜，光明万道吉祥之光辉，功德蜜汁之精华所富饶。 三根本光明心滴之外修之特殊，至极教敕之事业一切任运成就，布达托创匝之特殊灌顶，无量事业降雨第六品光明自生意，殊胜力所造也。 遍知寂静甘露之白笑颜，极美大悲樟脑自在之尘埃，沁人心脾善绘之吉祥

Āḥ hūṃ vajra guru buddha thöd phreng rtsal vajra samaya jaḥ siddhi phala hūṃ āḥ! Oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ āḥ! Mūṃ lāṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ! Vajra amrita hūṃ hrīḥ ṭhāḥ! Sarva abhiṣiñca mi! The palace of medicine is placed in three places. Thus, by the empowerment of the supreme nectar of accomplishment, the extraordinary sacred substance, sins and downfalls are purified by seeing, obscurations are dispelled and deficiencies are filled by smelling, great bliss arises in the lineage by touching, manifest wisdom is born by tasting, and protection, increase, and power are transformed by holding. As it is said in detail, by possessing the power of the activities of the six liberations, may you be confident that you have received the empowerment to accomplish all kinds of activities, which spontaneously accomplish the supreme activities of effortlessly liberating all beings into the realm of union, the vajra realm, and which are constantly pervasive and spontaneously accomplished. May the activities of supreme enlightenment be auspicious, free from the transience and change of existence, the lord of dharma, the possessor of all qualities, the incomparable, the constantly pervasive, beneficial, and blissful, spontaneously accomplished wisdom body. By these, all the supreme activities are spontaneously accomplished by Buddha Thödphrengtsal. The special accomplishment empowerment is completely accomplished in general and in detail. The root and branch vows, the general and specific prohibitions, and especially the deity mantra samadhi of Guru Buddha... Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, Thödphrengtsal, mainly relying on these, the supreme... peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful, by the vast activities, may you repeat after me this vow, taking the borrowed vow to accomplish the two benefits and all desires. How the main one, etc., and the offering, the offering of body and possessions, and the dedication of merit, etc., should be done as in the common ritual. May the subsequent stages of the activities be completed and made virtuous. The fearless wisdom and compassion sun of samsara and nirvana, the supreme spontaneously accomplished two benefits, the glory of a hundred thousand rays of auspicious light, enriched by the essence of the nectar of virtue. The special outer practice of the three roots, the supreme command, all the activities are spontaneously accomplished, the special empowerment of Buddha Thödphrengtsal, the sixth chapter of the rain of vast activities, composed by the supreme power of self-arising light. The all-knowing, peaceful, cool, nectar-like white smile, the extremely beautiful, great compassionate camphor lord's dust, the soothing, well-drawn glory.
