The essence of the outer and inner worlds of samsara and nirvana dissolves into the five lights of the wisdom wind. As the wind enters through the two nostrils, combined with the hook of life drawing in the essence of longevity, it gently enters and dissolves into the seed syllable at the heart, merging into one with the indestructible vajra life. Believe that the innate immortal life is accomplished, and perform the vajra recitation. Please believe in awakening the innate wisdom of the spontaneous Great Bliss of Union! Entrust the wisdom dakini. Hrīḥ! The sole source of co-emergent wisdom, By entrusting this pleasing variety of forms, In the clear light of bliss and emptiness, all supreme, May the reality of the innate state of union manifest! Om Ah Hum Hrih Hrih Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Punye Jñana Ayur Siddhi Ja! Prajña Jñana Citta Abhiṣiñca Hum! Then, visualize yourselves and the entrusted consort as the main deities, the father and mother, of the mandala, with the perception of deities. Bless the secret space with vajra and lotus, with the perception of mantra. Think that great bliss will manifest from this method, with the perception of dharma. Thus, with the three perceptions, experience the four joys of ascending and descending in sequence as a result of entering into samadhi. May you have faith that the wisdom of co-emergent joy, inseparable from bliss and emptiness, pervades and stabilizes everything! This life pill, which combines the essence of existence and peace, enters through the door of the mouth in the form of a small wisdom being, complete with limbs. By residing in the solar and lunar casket in the center of the heart, may you believe in attaining the accomplishment of immortal life! Giving the life pill, Hrīḥ! The essence of existence and peace combined, By giving this immortal nectar pill, May all obscurations of channels, winds, and bindus be pacified, May the wisdom of the four joys always increase! Visualize yourself as the immortal Padmasambhava, the father and mother, after union, with the fire of desire, the inner heat of the navel blazing. Passing through the four chakras, touching the Hum at the crown of the head, increasing the experience of melting bliss. The essence of nectar moves from its place. With the four joys of ascending, stimulating the five families of skull garland fathers and mothers. Everything is pervaded by the light of unbearable bliss, entering into samadhi, melting into the essence of great bliss.
