Generating the splendor of youthful vigor, Eliminating the suffering of existence, Orgyen Tötrengtsal, Great King, the embodiment of all Buddhas. The outer practice empowerment of the Third Gongter Root Three Luminosity Heart Drop, a concise extraction of the five empowerments of blessing signs. First, the arrangement of preparatory materials: If related to the great root empowerment, there is no need for separate arrangements and empowerment practices. It is said in the scriptures that one must diligently invoke great blessings to generate wisdom and splendor. Only in this case, on the mandala of colored powders or painted cloth, place a vase filled with essence, on top of which is a skull cup of nectar, a mirror marked with five clusters of red sindhura dots and the syllable HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih). On top of that, place the torma and masks on the altar. If uncomfortable, place the empowerment torma in front. Surround these on the right and left with offerings such as medicine, rakta, and other consumables. Gather the necessary materials such as the objects for invoking. Second, the actual practice and offering: From the invocation of the lineage to the praise of the activity, meditate inseparably as self and front as described in the text. During the recitation practice, the number of mantras can be halved as appropriate. In the vase palace, visualize the essence of the vase, the union of the guru father and mother, the bodhicitta dissolving into nectar. After the root mantra, add "Vasham Kuru Sarva Siddhi Hum Ah (བཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: वशं कुरु सर्व सिद्धि हूँ आः, Romanized Sanskrit: vaśaṃ kuru sarva siddhi hūṃ āḥ, Literal meaning: Control, Do, All, Accomplishment, Hum, Ah)", and recite as much as possible relying on the string. Bless the skull cup, mirror, torma, and masks in the same way. In the activity vase, visualize instantly transforming into red wrathful Hayagriva, holding a lotus staff in his right hand and a fire lasso in his left, from whose body emanate minute particles of vajra nectar, filling the vase. Urge with the syllable "Hum", and request the wrathful deity of activity to avert obstacles and hindrances until the empowerment is accomplished. Thus, entrust the activity. The protector offering and the tsok offering can be performed here or at the end of the empowerment, as appropriate. As for the actions performed for the disciples below, take the self-entry samadhi in the manner of empowerment, or throw the flower of wisdom as appropriate, and request permission. Third, at the time of empowerment: The disciple bathes at the entrance of the residence, dispels obstacles with the torma, and establishes boundaries. The activity vajra performs the ritual of scattering and gathering flowers.

The master begins with generating the mind of enlightenment and supplication. There are countless traditions of new and old Dharma to be heard. At this time, it belongs to the profound treasure Dharma tradition, one of the "three transmissions" of the Nyingma (Old Translation) school. Among them, the root is the Eight Sections of Practice, the branches are the infinite activities, and the essence is represented by the Three Roots—Guru, Dzogchen, and Thuk—with infinite names and distinctions. The root of all Vajrayana accomplishments is solely the Guru's Mind Practice. Among them, in the new and old mantras, there are countless teachings on what to practice and how to practice, but among all of them, the most profound and surpassing with many characteristics is the self-practice method personally created by the Great Master of Oddiyana, the embodiment of all Buddhas. It is the most profound, with great power of blessing, and it is widely known that there is no deception in accomplishing the desired results. The Vajra speech says: Whoever is a fortunate and faithful person, who supplicates with a heart of longing, through the special qualities of cause and effect, interdependence, and aspiration, my compassion is quicker than other Buddhas. (Tibetan) means: Tsogyal, with devotion, constantly supplicates. As it is said, representing those who are far superior to all scholars and accomplished ones in this world, with great compassion, remembering the future disciples of later generations, without sectarianism or bias, with the power and blessing of constantly protecting infinite activities, with the oath of Vajra truth, repeatedly granting unfailing promises, is the sole protector of the degenerate age. In particular, as prophesied, the Dharma of the land of Tibet, the special field of disciples, will be protected by treasures. In accordance with the time, place, and disciples, great incarnate beings will appear in succession, as it is said to bring relief. In this future time, the supreme incarnation, inseparable from the Great Master Jampal Chökyi Shenyen and the father-son Trisong Deutsen, in terms of common conduct, is a chariot of complete and perfect teachings due to the wonderful deeds of being learned, disciplined, and virtuous. The uncommon holder, propagator, and collector of the profound and vast ocean of secrets arising from the heart's aspiration and vows—the Lord of Secrets, Vajra.
