Visualize the deities of the mandala of the symbolic material phurba placed at the throat, and please believe that the secret empowerment of speech, clarity, emptiness, is bestowed. Place the accomplished phurba at the throat. Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ah). The wisdom speech of all Buddhas. From the Vajra Dharmadhatu of self-nature. The blazing, terrifying wrathful deity. Empowered into the essence of speech. In the center of the precious palace with one door, guarded by the supreme horse, on the sun disc, in the five-pointed vajra, the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable surrounded by the mantra garland rotating to the right, radiating body and mantra garland flames and weapons filling the sky. Offerings to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, fulfilling vows and obtaining accomplishments. Purify the afflictions of the three realms. Subdue all the arrogant ones of the three existences. Destroy all obstructing demons. Believe that the body, speech, and mind of the vessel and essence mandala are complete, and with the wisdom of accomplished activities, have the power to freely perform the four activities, and recite this mantra three times. Kiliya recite three times. This is the secret empowerment of speech. It eliminates all obstacles such as sins, diseases, and demonic obstacles of speech. Obtain the accomplishment of the power of the wrathful mantra. The blessings of speech enter the speech.
