Lord of all families, the main deity of the mandala, Great treasure of compassion, Teacher, Spontaneously accomplished Buddha Skull Garland, ...Transform the verses such as Vajra Skull Garland, which pacifies other kinds. Grant the supreme empowerment of maturation and liberation, thus supplicating, purify the lineage, take refuge, generate bodhicitta, accumulate merit, and take vows. Generate the deity, invoke the wisdom beings and stabilize them. Then place the vase on the crown of the head. Om! Āḥ! Mūṃ lāṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ! Vajra amṛta hūṃ hrīḥ ṭhaḥ! Sarva abhiṣiñca mi! Afterwards, may there be auspiciousness, and with vows, promises, and gratitude, the maṇḍala and so on are done as usual, becoming a vessel of great secrets. Samaya! Seal, seal, seal! Guhya! Symbols dissolve! Garwang Ösel Lingpa extracted it from the profound treasure of intention. From the Three Roots, the Luminous Heart Drop, the special practice of Peaceful Action Vajra Skull Garland Power resides. Homage to the Three Roots, the All-Encompassing Deity! If you desire to pacify illnesses, evil spirits, the eight fears, sins, downfalls, and so on, unfavorable conditions, obstacles, and adversities, then practice Vajra Skull Garland. Samaya! Therefore, among the three: preliminary, main, and subsequent, perform the seven preliminary practices properly. In the main part, first, the samaya being's maṇḍala, the wheel is generated as follows: Hūṃ! Thus, the essence of Suchness, the realm of reality, the aimless compassion, the skillful means of union, the seed syllable Hūṃ, clear blue. From that, light radiates, purifying the vessel and essence, grasping at reality. From within emptiness, the arising sequence, on top of Mount Sumeru, in the midst of a vajra fence, a blazing mass of fire, from Bhrūṃ, a great precious immeasurable palace, complete with all characteristics, in the center of luminous emptiness, on the center of a lotus with various four petals, on a precious beautiful throne supported by lions, on top of a seat of the union of method and wisdom, sun and moon, the syllable Hūṃ completely transformed into Vajra Skull Garland Power, body color clear blue, peaceful smile, with a graceful demeanor, one face, two hands, three eyes blazing with radiance, the right hand holding a five-pronged vajra pointing towards the heart, the left hand holding a vajra as a handle, a bell of the lineage resting on the hip, embracing the consort, adorned with six bone ornaments, complete with silk and precious jewels, sitting in vajra posture, the supreme consort embracing, holding a vajra bell, a cloud of hundreds of thousands of vidyādhara lamas radiating. On the four petals, the great powerful Hayagrīva... from the east, Buddha, Ratna, Padma, Karma, together with their consorts. From the four families, the vast array of peaceful and wrathful mudrās of the yidams arise. At the four doors, vidyādhara heroes and heroines, surrounded by a gathering of ḍākinīs, an ocean in the three places. All of them have Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ at their crown, throat, and heart. Sealed with the vajra of body, speech, and mind, holding the wisdom empowerment, the crest jewel of the family. With the light from the heart, the assembly of deities is invited. Secondly, the wisdom invitation is: Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Self-awareness, spontaneously equal.
