You all have obtained the empowerment of the complete secret of all Buddhas, the power of awareness, and have become the nature inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of the great Vidyadhara Shri Singha, who subdues existence and peace. On the accumulated lion throne of the Vajra jewel, which subdues samsara and nirvana, raise a white umbrella, erect victory banners and flags on the left and right, and hand over the Vajra bell, the staff, and the white conch shell. Like the deities of empowerment filling the sky, the deities of the infinite mandala descend like rain.
