The offering is placed in front, Hūṃ! In order to avert the disturbances of appearance and existence, On the Mount Meru of the worldly offering of appearance and existence, Adorned with the essence of the two benefits, I bestow the empowerment of the complete offering! Oṃ Sarva Baliṃta Bhyo Bhyo Zlog Zlog! Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! By enjoying all the substances of accomplishment such as the vajra life and the meat (māṃsa), wisdom jāgaḍa, food, and various drinks of skillful means, May you enjoy the glory of the ocean of supreme and common accomplishments! Various substances of accomplishment are placed in front, Hūṃ! Auspicious life is the lifeline of life, Skillful means and wisdom are the lifeline of bliss, Jāgaḍa is the lifeline of supreme medicine, Meat is the supreme substance that generates power, Fruit is the lifeline that propagates lineage, Full moon, half-moon, auspicious food, I bestow the empowerment of complete joyous feast! Gaṇa Cakra Maṅgalaṃ Āyuḥ Siddhi Bhrūṃ! By these, the branch and root empowerments of the inner circle Longdé deity, Wrathful Manifest Complete Heruka, are completed. In order to stabilize the blessings, may the deities of the lama mandala bestow blessings with auspicious words! Recite various auspicious words. The order of such empowerment is also, As stated in the text: These nine roots combined are, The empowerment of the lord benefits greatly, Secret empowerment, wisdom empowerment, Anu empowerment, Awareness skill, Ati great perfection, In general, the empowerment of the vehicle stages is, The actual gate to enter the vehicle, The preliminary vehicle stages are established, The difference between scripture and Anu, This is the condensed meaning, For details, refer to the texts, Thus, of the inner circle deity, The empowerment of the nine roots combined, May it meet with a fortunate child! As it is said, the treasure of empowerment that completely perfects the empowerments of the nine vehicle stages is great.

那（那波，地名）已圆满完成，在灌顶时承诺的誓言，简而言之，请跟随念诵。主尊如何等誓言，承诺，供养曼扎，供养身受用，回向善根等完成后，遣送弟子们返回各自的住所。上师享用荟供，回向残食，护持食子，坛城之后的仪轨等，如愤怒尊的纸牌目录般整理后，便完成了。内圈空行部的本尊是，饮血现圆满王，根本支分成熟法，灌顶方式弘扬空行部的庄严。༈ 第九，内圈空行部之引导的加持，预备供品之陈设是，内外秘密的供养会众聚集。手杖，念珠。除了三个观修木之外，因为是无戏论的加持，所以不需要其他的受用物，也不需要另外进行灌顶修法，上师以见解和证悟而具足，普贤义之事业是。ཨ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）阿！诸法本即是佛之自性，生起次第无有观想。自力圆满的遍照毗卢遮那佛，光明点自显于空性中生起。对于未曾错乱的原始法身，何须迎请祈请降临？自然成就且无有聚散之本尊，于空明中不作造作而祈请降临。对于身与智慧无有聚散者，何须灌顶安住祈请？光明离戏觉性朗然通透中，本初无作自然安住祈请圆满。诸法于法界觉性身与刹土中，因无有可供养之受用，故于清净显现无量智慧云，于无二平等之状态中作供养。于空明自性中未曾动摇者，功德任运成就于大界中，体性自性不杂各自明，以无二之方式作顶礼。于原始之实相如水晶般清澈中，任运成就之显现如彩虹般遍布，无二双运觉性之力量极大，于基位成熟果位而作灌顶。为了无上之显现达到究竟，无有希冀恐惧而修持空性，如见之王斩断虚空般，大鹏鸟之力圆满。

The yidam of the Inner Circle Longde is: The Blood-Drinker, Manifestly Perfect King, the roots, branches, and ripening factors, the way of empowerment propagates the beauty of Longde. ༈ Ninth, the blessings of the Inner Circle Longde's instructions. The arrangement of the preparatory offerings is: The outer, inner, and secret tsok offerings are gathered. Cane, rosary. Apart from the three meditation sticks, because it is a blessing without elaboration, there is no need for other possessions, nor is it necessary to perform separate empowerment practices. The master is endowed with view and realization, and the activity of Samantabhadra's meaning is: ཨ༔ （Tibetan, Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning）Ah! All phenomena are inherently the nature of the Buddha, there is no visualization in the generation stage. The all-illuminating Vairochana Buddha, whose self-power is complete, the clear light bindu arises spontaneously in emptiness. For the primordial dharmakaya that has never been mistaken, what need is there to invite and request to descend? The deity that is naturally accomplished and without gathering or scattering, please descend without artificiality in the empty light. For those whose body and wisdom are without gathering or scattering, what need is there to empower, establish, and request to abide? In the clear light, free from elaboration, the awareness is clear and transparent, the original, unmade, natural abiding, the request is complete. In the dharmadhatu, awareness, body, and pure lands, because there are no enjoyments to offer, in the pure appearance, the immeasurable clouds of wisdom, I offer in the state of non-duality and equality. That which has never moved from the nature of emptiness and clarity, the qualities are spontaneously accomplished in the great inner sphere, the essence and nature are distinct and clear, I prostrate in the manner of non-duality. In the primordial reality, as clear as crystal, the spontaneously accomplished appearance is like a rainbow spreading everywhere, the power of non-dual union awareness is extremely great, I empower the ripening of the fruit on the ground. In order for the supreme appearance to reach its ultimate end, without hope or fear, cultivate emptiness, like the king of view cutting through the sky, the power of the great garuda is complete.
