In order to empower me, first bestow the blessings of body, speech, and mind. From the wisdom mudra bodies of all the deities of the mandala, each emanates a second body, dissolving into the places where you appear as manifest and complete Heruka. Thus, in the outer great liberation mandala, the vase empowerment, which is the essence of outer benefit and inner ability, purifies karma and physical obscurations. In the rotation of the appearance-emptiness mandala, you have the authority to meditate on the path of Mahāyoga. The potential to attain the fruition of the manifestation body is placed in the lineage. Third, bestowing the three profound secret empowerments.
