of food scraps. One fingernail Throw it into the butter. Garab raised his hand, and the scripture fell into the palm of his hand. When he opened it and looked, it appeared to be written on blue lapis lazuli paper with five jewels. After looking at it, Garab's self-nature was liberated. His will said this: If you definitely want to attain Buddhahood, you must first diligently practice the preliminaries. The three, body, speech, and mind, if not properly distinguished, cannot be liberated from the three realms, so you must be proficient in the key points of the preliminaries. You can obtain supreme and common achievements. First, in a secluded place, empower the supreme of the eleven vehicles. Then guide each vehicle in order. First is the guidance of worldly gods and humans. In order to perform the preliminary practices of the body, practice various behaviors of the six realms. Sit in the lotus position, soles of the feet facing each other, body upright. Place your palms together on your head and stay there for a long time. Whoever does this with the body, the body will not regress, and obstacles will be eliminated. Attachment will subside, and sins will be eliminated. The body will be liberated into a manifestation body. There is no difference from the Buddha's body. You will be liberated in the state of no remainder. In order to perform the preliminary practices of speech, recite various sounds of the six realms. The sounds of peace and wrath and the sounds of the elements, practice various forms. Speech abides in (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), perform sealing and diligent practice. Entering the path of gentle seeking, etc., by practicing speech on these, attachment subsides, and the karmic obscurations of speech are eliminated. In non-conceptual non-duality, liberate into the enjoyment body. These are the guidance of worldly gods and humans. Practice well and correctly. Then there is the guidance of heretical paths. Practice the two views of permanence and annihilation. First is the guidance of the Hearer Vehicle. Second is the guidance of the Solitary Realizer Vehicle. Third is the guidance of the Bodhisattva Vehicle. Fourth is the guidance of the Kriya Vehicle. Fifth is the guidance of the Upa Yoga Vehicle. Sixth is the guidance of the Yoga Vehicle. Seventh is the guidance of the Maha Yoga Vehicle. Eighth is the guidance of the Anu Yoga Vehicle. Ninth is the guidance of the Great Perfection Ati Yoga. In order to cut off the root of the mind, take the suffering of the six realms into the mind. All conditioned phenomena are impermanent, contemplate that everything is an illusion of destruction. The Khenpo who practices these is, observe whether it touches the mind or not. If it abides in the mind, observe which is greater, good or evil. Then what is this mind like? Make a lot of comparisons. Then of the three, body, speech, and mind, which is the main one

Also sever ties; in your heart, make a firm decision and take a vow. Then, search for the origin of the mind; if you don't find it, unite with the Dharmakaya. Then, search for the dwelling place of the mind; if you don't find it, unite with the Sambhogakaya. Then, search for where the mind goes; if you don't find it, unite with the Nirmanakaya. Thus, by whom is the mind made? Turn away from attachment, pacify obstacles, and without obscurations, the three realms are not misled. In the Dharmakaya, liberation is attained, non-dual passing away. Then, those three—body, speech, and mind—skillfully settle them naturally. Once body, speech, and mind are restored, diligently strive in the practice itself. Thus, having completed the preliminaries, abandon those thoughts with your mind. In order to bring the essential points into direct experience, abandon the activities of body, speech, and mind. This second testament, of great blessing, arises naturally, self-formed in the pattern of letters. It is the guide leading to passing into sorrowlessness. It is the only child of all teachings, the supreme essence of all fruits. The activity of the second testament is complete. Entrust it to a fortunate, karmic heart-son! May the Black Dakini protect this command of the Victorious Ones! Samaya! (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)Samaya! རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ (Tibetan) Ga Ga Ga! In Tibetan: Called "The Third Testament of the Buddha," I prostrate to the Self-Liberated Vajradhara! When beings have a lifespan of a hundred thousand years, in the land of the Rakshasa Rulu, the father was the Yaksha Wrathful Face, and the mother was the Rakshasi Shamsham Black Woman's son. The teacher, the Great Vajradhara, was born as the king of the Wrathful Ascetics. The retinue consisted of a hundred thousand million Rakshasas, and he resided for two thousand years. On the mountain of the Wrathful Tiger and Wolf, he ultimately showed the manner of passing away. The retinue fainted and shed tears, crying, "Alas, alas, woe is me! The light of the teacher's lamp has set; by whom will the darkness of the world be dispelled?" Thus, after lamenting and fainting, they revived and looked up into the expanse of the sky. In the midst of five lights, the teacher appeared. Extending his right elbow downward, a treasure of precious crystal, one nail's worth of ghee descended. Garab raised his right hand to receive it, and a book fell into the palm of his hand. Opening that very book and looking at it, self-born letters were self-illuminating, appearing written with five kinds of precious gems. Upon seeing it, Garab's own lineage was liberated. His testament is as follows: "Alas, alas, listen, sons! If this body desires to pass into sorrowlessness, contemplate the manner of abiding in the three kayas."
