That itself is emptiness, possessing the nature of six characteristics: letters, sounds, forms, seals, and signs. The reality of recitation is the basis, devoted to mind and sound. The reality of meditation abides in fire, sound ceases, and the end of sound enters the basis of clear light. The nature of mind is clear light, and from that state, all object-cognitions are seen as self-liberated in their own place, and one becomes accustomed to it, and so forth. Thirdly, the conduct is to wear clean clothes, abide in bathing and cleanliness, and refrain from tasting meat, alcohol, garlic, onions, and so forth. Not abandoning the Three Jewels, the mind of enlightenment, mantras and seals, deities and lamas, and in front of the support of vows, practicing with the three pure aspects of oneself, deities, recitation, and the reality of meditation. Fourthly, the result is to become enlightened as the embodiment of the three families of Vajradhara, the three bodies, and the five wisdoms, within sixteen years of life. Fifthly, the instruction for contemplation is to practice through the door of instructions in order to quickly traverse the path of such liberation, and the contemplation should be done as follows: Clearly establish the letter ཧ(藏文,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha)marked in white at the center of a white drop of light at the navel of the disciple, and have them recite the letter ཧ(藏文,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha)one hundred and eight times with their mouth. By the force of reciting in this way, countless white ཧ(藏文,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha)emanate from the white letter ཧ(藏文,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha)at the navel, purifying all objects of appearance and existence, and all objects of appearance, both outer and inner, vessel and contents, transform into the aspect of the white letter ཧ(藏文,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha). Finally, contemplate that all of them dissolve into each other, gather together, and dissolve into one's own body. Sixthly, then, this very book, which exists in the form of a scripture containing all of the Kriya Tantras, is the Great Mother, the Perfection of Wisdom. Her body is yellow in color, with one face and four arms. The first right hand holds a vajra, and the first left hand holds a scripture containing all of the Kriya Tantras. The lower two hands make the mudra of equipoise, and her two feet are seated in the vajra posture. Her body is adorned with marks and characteristics, and beautiful with silk and jewel ornaments. Emanating infinite rays of light, she transforms into a body that proclaims the Dharma sound of the Action Tantra and comes to the crown of the disciple, teaching and belonging to the vehicle of the Action Tantra.

All the words of healing, like the previous ones, are placed on the crown of the head, such as the Mother. Generate the certainty of having received all the empowerments. Emaho! Fortunate lineage, etc., and as the Buddha taught, etc., are as before. Recite up to Siddhi Svaha (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिद्धि स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: siddhi svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: accomplishment svāhā), and empower and hand over the scripture of the Kriya Tantra. The scripture appears as the Great Mother, dissolves into light, and from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in front, two each appear and dissolve into the disciples. Your own basic body transforms into a white letter Ha, gradually gathering back and dissolving into the white bindu at the navel. The bindu also dissolves into the letter. That also gradually, like the sky, etc., is as before. Rest in equanimity! Thus practice. By giving empowerment in this way, the seed of manifesting pure, boundless wisdom is planted in the mindstream. You receive the empowerment to understand and realize the meaning of all the teachings of the Action Tantra, as vast as the ocean. You receive the great empowerment of the vast teachings, which allows you to practice all the doctrines of the scriptures and treatises related to this, and when wisdom manifests, you are allowed to transmit it to others. Fifth, the transmission empowerment to enter the Dharma of the Upaya Vehicle has six aspects. First is the view: realizing the truth of the ultimate Dharma nature, the nature that is free from all elaborations and characteristics. The clear light of emptiness is the unborn wisdom free from the defilements of the four extremes, realizing it in the realm of non-conceptualization. The view of establishing the appearance of conventional truth as the mandala of deities is in accordance with the Upper Yoga Tantra. Second is the practice: following beings who have not realized it with great compassion, meditating on the deities of letters and sounds with characteristics, the deities of formless mudras, and the pure deities of form, and engaging in mind recitation with breath control. The meaning of the unborn, which is formless, neither existent nor non-existent, transcending the limits of existence and non-existence. By experiencing the essence of the non-conceptual Dharma nature, one should train in the yoga of entering, abiding, and arising. Third is the conduct: always diligently engaging in the branches of mantra practice such as recitation, as well as asceticism, generosity, fire offerings, etc., and performing three baths, changing three garments, relying on the three whites, etc., of puri
