It is called "Subduing the Earth Deities." Having ascertained such key points, for the purpose of entrusting the action phurba, this very action phurba is entrusted to the supreme son of the assembly of great wrathful ones, Kīlaya. Its upper body is in the form of an angry Rakshasa, wrapped in a dark blue phurba. From the navel downwards, it is a phurba that emits meteoric iron flames from the mouth of an angry Makara, with three faces blazing with the crackling nature of the fire of the end of time. Just by whirling it in the ten directions, one is believed to gain the power to subdue, cut off, and subjugate all fierce and malicious enemies and obstructors. Recite the text of the ritual, and entrust the action phurba to the disciple. In front, arrange a fish-shaped pit. Both the master and disciple visualize themselves as the deity assembly of a certain mandala. From the key point, urge the deity assembly generated in front, offer golden libation, and pray for their attention. Proceed with the stages such as generating the iron chamber, and please clarify the meaning that corresponds to the words. To urge the deity from the key point is to sprinkle medicine and alcohol on the torma. Hūṃ! The peaceful and wrathful assembly of victors residing in the invisible realm, arise, arise, arise from the realm of Dharma. Urge, urge, urge for the benefit of sentient beings! Act, act, act with fierce activities! Although the Dharmakaya does not move from its state of peace, the Rupakaya perfects the terrifying attire, and the time has come to perform fierce activities! Sugatas and Bhagavad-Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times! The practice of the Eight Commands in general, and the individual deities of the Eight Commands in particular.
