མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཆར་སིལ་མར་བསྙིལ་བས་མངའ་གསོལ་བར་མོས། ཞེས་སོ། །ཡང་ན། ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་བའི་རྩ་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་དང་། ཟབ་མོའི་དབང་གོང་མ་གཉིས་དང་འབྲེལ་བ་ལུང་ཨ་ནུ་ཡོ་གའི་དམ་ཚིག་བཟའ་བཅའ་བསྲུང་བའི་རིམ་པས་ཕྱེས་པ་རྣམས་དང་། རྩ་བ་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་གསུམ། ཡན་ལག་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་ལྔ། དབང་བཞིའི་དམ་ཚིག་མཉམ་གཞག །རྗེས་ཐོབ། བཟའ་བ། བཅང་བྱ། བསྲུང་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་ལྔ་ཕྲག་བཞི་རྣམས་ནི་སྤྱིར་གཅེས་པའི་བསྲུང་བྱ་ཡིན་ལ། གུ་རུའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རྟེན་དང་། རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་དང་། ཐོད་པ་བཟང་པོ་འཆང་བ། ཡར་ངོ་ཚེས་བཅུའི་དུས་མཆོད་གཟུང་བ་སོགས་བྱ་སླ་ལ་དོན་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པའི། ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམས་སྲོག་ལྟར་བཙའ་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྲུང་སྡོམ་ཅི་ནུས་སུ་བགྱིའོ་སྙམ་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། གཙོ་བོས་སོགས། དབང་བསྐུར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་ཐོབ་པའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་གཏང་རག་ཏུ་མཎྜལ། Adorn the front with many offerings, including the auspicious sign of the victorious one. May the assembly of deities of the Lama Mandala, including the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, sing the auspicious words of truth, and may they be blessed by showering a rain of flowers. So it is said. Alternatively, the Three Roots filling the entire expanse of the sky, including the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the assembly of deities of the Master Mandala, resounding with the auspicious praise of true words, and showering a great rain of divine flowers. May the wisdom of empowerment, which has not yet arisen, be fully generated, and may the wisdom that has arisen increase and become stable, and may the auspicious blessings of light pervade. After the auspicious praise, speak what is appropriate. In the subsequent ritual of empowerment, the declaration and acceptance of vows is: Thus, with these profound rituals, the empowerment of so-and-so is performed, either very extensively or transformed as if condensed into essence. Since it has been perfectly offered according to the ultimate path of profundity, the attainment of this empowerment is obtained through empowerment, and the keeping depends entirely on the vows. The general outline of the three vows, and the distinctions between the outer, inner, and secret vehicles, the countless categories of vows of the Vidyadhara Vehicle, and especially the vows of the Unsurpassed Vajra Peak. Associated with the empowerment of external benefit and ability, the twenty-eight root vows of Maha Yoga, and the twenty vows of special practice, and so on. Associated with the two profound upper empowerments, the vows of Lung Anu Yoga, distinguished by the order of guarding food and drink. Associated with the profound third empowerment, the king of ultimate meaning empowerment, the vows of Ati Yoga, the pinnacle of vehicles, the spontaneously accomplished unique non-acceptance, and so on, hundreds of thousands of Samaya vows. At this time of empowerment, they have been fully received and obtained within their respective boundaries, therefore, all these vows must be condensed and guarded like the apple of one's eye. In particular, regarding the permissions and prohibitions of the vows of the practice of so-and-so, listen properly from the mouths of the great Vajra Holders and from the treatises of the Vidyadharas, and uphold and guard all that should be prohibited and all that should be practiced without confusion. Therefore, please learn, guard, and follow the order proclaimed above accordingly.

Offering: Thus, after offering the mandala that includes the outer vessel and essence, again, all the possessions of the inner body and enjoyment, and the secret of one's own mind, All thoughts are gathered in the mandala as offerings to serve the Lama. In order to repay the kindness of becoming the Lama's servant, utensils, and subjects without hesitation, please accept me with great love. From now on, until enlightenment is attained and the mind of Vajradhara becomes one taste, in all lifetimes, please, Vajradhara Protector, accept me as a disciple and bestow upon me without reservation the feast of the nectar of the sacred Dharma, so that I may enjoy the splendor of this grace. The conclusion of the dedication and aspiration: This great cloud of unsurpassed merit arising from such, and all the pure virtuous deeds accumulated in the three times, gather together all the virtues accumulated in oneself, in order to enable all motherly sentient beings to attain the supreme state of so-and-so, all the objects of merit of myself and sentient beings, dedicate to the mandala of the awakened mind of great bliss, which is beyond the characteristics of the object of focus, and the three wheels are empty, dedicate to the pure realm of the meaning of the king of dedication of the nature of great equality. Please perform the ritual of aspiration with the master and disciples united in one mind. Make dedication and aspiration.
