By nourishing the feast of blessings, empowerments, and sacred attainments, may life be as clear as the sun and moon, and as stable as the sky. Like the waxing moon, may it increase from above, and may it be very auspicious and complete at all times and places. Imagine. The eight substances are offered in order. White mustard seed is of the Vajra family, and at all times, it destroys all obstacles. May this auspiciousness, which is full of power, strength, and qualities, pacify all obstacles! Yogurt is the essence of all things. After the essence is pure and wisdom is fully realized, may this auspiciousness, which is the source of all qualities, pacify all three poisons! Similarly, today, you Vajra Vidyadharas, in this sacred mandala of so-and-so, possess the dominion over the Dharma kingdom that is even more supreme than that. Therefore, with the ocean of glory and wealth of the noble seven precious jewels, such as the Dharma wheel of the infinite Vajrayana kalpa, and the seven treasures of the secret of ultimate wisdom, in order to thoroughly combine all those who have become vessels of the Good Kalpa for the fulfillment of aspirations with the supreme bliss of the ten perfections and ten powers, through the power of bestowing the seven kinds of precious royal power, may you be convinced that it has become exceedingly perfect, auspicious, and virtuous. Delivering them in order: Made of divine substances, the center is extremely round, possessing a thousand spokes, the circumference is very even and beautiful, having completely triumphed over hateful enemies, may the sacred precious wheel be auspicious!
