From emptiness, this place where you all are, in the center of the splendor of the realm of the Nirmāṇarati gods, on a seat of stacked lotus, sun, moon, and copper-colored moon cushions. The essence of your combined wind and mind, visualize clearly as the red letter ह्रीः (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih). From that letter, radiate light, gathering all the essence of samsara and nirvana. Completely transformed from that, visualize the great god Sonam Palbar, lord of the desire realm, etc., as the main deity in union, according to the visualization instructions. With various distinctions of ornaments, contemplate them as having beautiful and adorned forms. Due to devotion to the guru, from the ह्रीः (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) in the guru's heart, radiate countless hosts of red light in the form of empowerment mudras. Merely touching the western lotus empowerment palace and the realm of the Nirmāṇarati gods, the abode of the thirty-three (Tibetan: སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་གནས་འཕྲུལ་དགའ་ལྷའི་ཡུལ།, ( )), and the great god with his retinue in the places where they reside, such as the foot of the Pālakṣa tree (Tibetan: པཱ་ལཀྴ་ལྗོན་པའི་ཤིང་དྲུང་, ( )), causes all appearance and existence to tremble, accompanied by a roaring and flashing sound. Contemplate that the hosts of wisdom beings come like a great cloud moved by the wind, and dissolve into you all, with single-pointed devotion. With gugul incense and music, from ह्रीः (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) the western lotus blazing, etc., up to जः हुं वं होः (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Devanagari: जः हुं वं होः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Jah Hum Vam Hoh), recite as in the ritual, and bestow empowerment. In the center of various lotuses and a red eight-spoked wheel, in the palace of immeasurable mansions made of padmaraga, with moon cushions and doors. Inside, beautifully adorned with the excellent distinctions of ornaments and arrangements, on a throne of stacked lotus, sun, moon, and copper-colored moon cushions. Merely touching the great deities and their retinues residing in front, it involuntarily stimulates their continuums, each manifesting a second form identical to themselves. Its rays summon all animate and inanimate objects, making them the possessions of the disciples and gathering them as servants. Again, dissolving into each respective deity, thereby gaining the power to control the lives of the great deities and their retinues. Generate faith, gaining the power to enslave the three realms and the three existences. HRIḤ! May the great powerful deities, father and mother, manifest their forms! If the respective forms of the nine deities, principal and retinue, such as the desire realm's people and wealth, are not available, then empower them with only the torma. Second, for the sake of bestowing permission, the supports and tormas, along with the great deities and their retinues, are entrusted to you, and you may accomplish any desired activity of power as you wish. Generate the certainty that these deities dissolve into you, becoming inseparable from you. Hand over the secret supports, tormas, body representations, etc. HRIḤ! Recite "The powerful one, etc." Third, for the purpose of receiving accomplishments, visualize in this way. The torma substances condense the essence of all animate and inanimate objects of the three existences, swirling into a bindu. By enjoying the torma, one enjoys the great nectar that combines the blessings and accomplishments of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the assembly of deities and their retinues. Generate the conviction that you are always endowed with the supreme fortune of enjoying the glory of limitless activities and accomplishments. Thus, the master and disciples together partake of the torma and taste the skull-cup wine. Recite this aspiration prayer. HOḤ! I, the master and retinue, recite "Food, etc." Fourth, bestowing subsequent permission is: Sons of the lineage, since you have past karmic connections, etc. Do not propagate it to others. Always remain inseparable from the support of the powerful one. Continuously perform offerings, praises, and tormas.
