Now, the subject at hand is the great deity of desire realm, the powerful Wind Lasso. In reality, the emanation of the great being Padmasambhava, who in this world possesses great power and strength, and who can freely control the minds of all beings in the desire realm, the great deity Mahadeva himself, having seen the face of the Victorious One, vowed to be a Dharma protector who protects the teachings. Later, in the presence of the great vidyadhara Pema Tötreng Tsal, he offered his life-essence, promising to accomplish activities, and is the great Dharma protector who vowed to accomplish activities. As the terma text, the Vajra Speech, says: "I, Orgyen Padmasambhava, when I was in eastern India, the arrogant non-Buddhist great deity, called the Great Powerful One, that terrifying and wrathful great deity, came before me and said: 'What is the crazy yogi doing?' He came to create obstacles and interruptions. At that time, I oppressed him with my intention, grabbed his right ear with my left hand, and pressed down on his head with my right hand vajra, all the way down to his chest. He let out a terrible scream. 'Yogi, powerful with magical abilities and strength, I am your servant, please have compassion and release your intention.' Saying this, he offered his life-essence and was entrusted with the task of subjugating the world. Therefore, he is a servant of Padmasambhava. There is nothing more powerful than this in the world now." Thus it was said. Such a servant, upon the request of Chimé Dorje Drakchung, the minister of the Dharma-protecting king of Tibet, bestowed the profound instruction of pure purification, and the signs of accomplishment manifested. Considering the future, these Dharma cycles were concealed as profound treasures. The text says: "Like me, Padmasambhava, went to India, China, Kashmir, and reached the land of Dhanakosha, subjugated the eight classes of gods and demons, and concealed one hundred thousand great treasures in Tibet, one million small treasures, and concealed mind treasures and re-treasures in Lhadrak and rocks, benefiting beings. The profound seal of the Great Powerful One, Wind Lasso, the essential points, are not found elsewhere. The profound heart essence, Zangzang Lhadrak, and Lhodrak, the place with the sky ladder, are concealed. Yeru Tsangtrang Yaknying Rong, Tsang's Pungpo Riwoche, on the black rock mountain of Shyalsang Napo, the retreat of Kyangdrup Kathor is scattered and concealed. Great deity, Great Powerful One.
