Purify the torma with three letters. Increase it with the three seed syllables and ha ho hrih. Offer with the extensive mantra of the space treasury, such as A ya ma du ru tsa sha na sarva bhuta sa pari vara namah sarva tathagatebhyo. The karma vajra mixes golden drink and blood wine in the torma. The master raises the hand mudra vajra and ignites the fire of wisdom. Hum bhyo! Listen, all the assemblies of gods and demons of existence! I am Padma Heruka! I am the great lord of all peace and samsara! You are all my servants and attendants! Also subjects and slaves! Just as you promised before! Today, in order to remember and urge you! Place the samaya vajra on the crown of your head! Place the samaya substance nectar on your tongue! Fulfill the torma established on the basis of samsara and nirvana! Proclaim the strict vows in your ears! Strike the vital point with the vajra mantra! Appointed as subjects of the vidyadhara disciples. Commit to fulfilling all entrusted tasks. For the happiness of all beings in the snowy land, and for entrusting the responsibility of spreading the teachings, do not deviate from this oath! If you violate this oath! The samaya nectar great mind residing in the center of the heart, will manifest as the form of a yaksha wrathful one, sucking heart blood and quickly killing! Throw into the vajra hell!
