Secondly, in order to place the unruly spirits under the power of the fierce mudra, the life empowerment of the eight classes of arrogant beings is bestowed. According to the text: "Then, to the non-humans, the gods, demons, and eight classes of beings of phenomenal existence, proclaiming the vajra oath, the extremely majestic command ritual, by whom was it composed with ability? For the general and specific regions of Tibet, it is an unsurpassed auspicious connection for benefit, pacifying all diseases, plagues, conflicts, and disputes, bringing timely rain, abundant harvests, prosperity, and auspiciousness, fulfilling wishes and gathering all desires, destroying the negative forces of spirits, and ensuring the long-lasting existence of the Buddha's teachings. Therefore, those compassionate and oath-bound, the lineage holders of Padma, for the sake of benefiting others and taming beings, should diligently focus solely on this great method." This great activity, which is praised in this way, allows for the life empowerment of the arrogant beings to be performed as desired, and the subsequent permission to place them under command is bestowed. The fierce mantra of speech resounds, extracting the life essence of the arrogant ones. The unwavering mind, perfected with the all-encompassing intention of space, is the body that consigns the arrogant ones to death. The wheel of peaceful and wrathful emanations, like dust gathering in sunlight, radiates light like lightning, from which emanate rays of light, iron hooks, and the assembly of Kīla, the great messengers of the four activities, scattering like a vajra hailstorm in the ten directions. The eight classes of spirits of the three realms, powerful male and female beings, are involuntarily bound by the four mudras and summoned. Meditate that the life syllables of the arrogant ones, appearing vividly as the eight classes of beings, become inseparable like butter mixed into sand. Accompanied by the hand drum and bell, with the iron hook mudra. Homage! The truth of the words of the glorious root gurus of the lineage of vidyādharas, the truth of the words of the Buddha, the truth of the words of the Dharma, the truth of the words of the Saṅgha, the truth of the secret mantras, knowledge mantras, dhāraṇī mantras, heart mantras, mudras, and samādhi, and the truth of the nature of reality from the very beginning.

However, with the truth of the infallible cause and effect of phenomena, and the command truth of the peaceful and wrathful deities of the Vidyadhara's Magical Net with their retinues, relying on the power of the Great Truth, may the eight classes of powerful spirits of the three realms instantly come to this sacred place before the command of the Great Glorious One! After the thirty-five wrathful mantras: Aya ma du ru tsa sha na, sarva bhuta samaya citta, dung dung, hrim hrim, phem phem, jah jah! Samaya jah hum bam hoh! Thus, invite and dissolve. By doing so, visualize that all the arrogant ones with their retinues who have been invited to the front are unstable and trembling. From the heart of the master radiates the wisdom body, like countless rays of sunlight, dissolving into the hearts of humans, gods, and demons. Like the alchemy that turns iron into gold, may it involuntarily transform the minds of all beings into the nature of the two Bodhicittas. Visualize that they yearn for me, generate great faith, and thus enter the path of liberation. To gain such clear conviction, please recite this mantra. After the root mantra: Sarva anrita tricitta hring hring jah jah! Quickly, quickly, Sarva loka vasam kuru hoh! Recite seven times. Again, in order to subdue those who have not become the realm of the peaceful Bodhicitta activity with the great asceticism of powerful wrathful play, from the heart of both the master and disciple, intensely pour down the fierce cloud rain of Vajra Wrathful One. Afflict all the arrogant ones who do not listen to the command in five places with the Vajra Kilaya and the rain of burning flames, causing their power, strength, and magical abilities to decline, becoming helpless, with only the remnant of life, so that they sincerely promise to listen to the command and take the oath. Visualize this scene and recite the mantra. Recite the mantra three more times. The master takes the activity phurba, wraps it, and blesses it on the life syllable. Hand the phurba to the disciple, have him wrap it, and after the thirty-five wrathful mantras, recite: Aya ma du ru tsa sha na sa parivara sarva dustan vighnan satrum maraya kha kha khahi khahi! Sarva dustan hana hana daha daha paca paca maraya hum phat! Bless three times. Again, as a witness to the oath, dissolve the Vajra oath water into the hearts of the eight classes, so that they will never have the power to violate the oath, and become the servants and slaves of the disciple.
