不要跟随沮丧和恐惧的念头，念诵方法和智慧结合的字“ཕཊ་”（藏文，फट，梵文天城体，phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，断，破），强行斩断对外境显现执着实有的魔的蔓延。将觉性融入法界，将身体作为食物抛弃。应当时常努力修持法界与觉性无别，显现空性无执着的境界。此时，你们的觉性，菩提心，安住在不造作、不矫饰的平凡意识的自性中，没有忆念、思维、收放的念头。如果念头生起，就睁大眼睛注视它，使其无痕自解脱。通达无碍的显现，无生通透的妙力，如幻显现，光明空性无执着的意义。念诵“ཕཊཿ”（藏文，फट，梵文天城体，phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，断，破）三遍。这是虚空…究竟等。如此，不依赖外缘，自己的觉性无法自立，在无始的境中产生喜悦、悲伤、恐惧、惊吓等。斩断各种希望和恐惧的念头生起的根源，即执着于内在的心性，将心误认为魔。安住在空性、慈悲、双运、无生、离戏的自性，光明空性无执着的境界中。这样稍微引导了母续的意义。右手拿着发出方法和智慧结合，双运无碍声音的鼗鼓，象征着怀摄轮涅的利他事业自然成就，并摇动它。这是虚空…三界等。如此，执着于各种显现的实有，对好的念头产生贪恋，珍爱执着，产生喜悦和骄傲，被外境显现，神鬼的幻术所迷惑的魔。将外境和有境二取不执着的觉性，能够自主，怀摄和压服的修法付诸实践。吹奏象征无生的笛子，使二取显现的一切法，在二取不生的本初，证悟俱生本觉，同时证悟的瑜伽行，在道上成熟。这是虚空…轮涅等。如此，由于不明白一切法本初不生不灭的意义，执着于自他、取舍、苦乐的显现，希望和恐惧，骄傲自满，二取迷惑的魔的根源。证悟无生的智慧

Without following after thoughts of sadness and fear, recite the syllable "PHAṬ" (Tibetan, फट, Devanagari, phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: to cut, to break) which combines method and wisdom. Forcibly cut the clinging of the demon who clings to external appearances as real. Mix awareness with the expanse of space, and abandon the body as food. Constantly strive to maintain the state of indivisible space and awareness, the appearance of emptiness without clinging. At this time, leave your own awareness, the mind of enlightenment, in its natural state of ordinary consciousness, without fabrication or adulteration, free from thoughts of memory, thought, coming and going. If thoughts arise, stare directly at whatever arises, so that it is self-liberated without a trace. Understand the meaning of unobstructed appearances, the unborn and transparent power, the illusory appearance, the clear emptiness without clinging. Recite "PHAṬ" (Tibetan, फट, Devanagari, phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: to cut, to break) three times. This is space... ultimate meaning, etc. In this way, without relying on external conditions, one's own awareness cannot sustain itself, and joy, sorrow, fear, fright, etc., arise in beginningless realms. Cut off the root of the one who generates various thoughts of hope and fear, the inner clinging, the mind itself, which is mistaken for a demon. Rest evenly in the state of emptiness, compassion, union, unborn, free from elaboration, clear emptiness without clinging. In this way, the meaning of the Mother Tantra is slightly guided. Holding the ḍāmaru in the right hand, which proclaims the sound of the union of method and wisdom, the unobstructed union, symbolizes the spontaneous accomplishment of the activity of subduing appearance and existence, and shake it. This is space... the three realms, etc. In this way, clinging to the reality of various appearances, attachment to good thoughts, cherishing and clinging, joy and pride, and the demon who is deceived by the magical displays of gods and demons. Take the practice of subduing and overpowering the awareness that is free from clinging to the duality of object and subject, and is self-sufficient. Blow this flute, which symbolizes the unborn, so that all phenomena of dualistic appearance are unborn from the beginning, without duality. May the practice of simultaneously realizing the co-emergent innate awareness, and simultaneously realizing it, ripen on the path. This is space... appearance and existence, etc. In this way, because the meaning of all phenomena being free from birth and cessation from the beginning is not understood, clinging to the appearances of self and other, acceptance and rejection, happiness and suffering, hope and fear, pride and arrogance, the root of the demon of dualistic delusion. The wisdom of realizing the unborn.
