This arranged torma, bestowed upon the glorious Mahakala siblings, the retinue of eight great gods, eight great nagas, eight great planets, ten directional guardians, four great kings, nine terrifying ones, twenty-eight constellations, namely the assembly of seventy glorious protectors, and also the countless retinue of oath-bound male and female lineages who act with wisdom and control the world, appearing vividly as they are, placed on the crown of your heads and entrusted to your hands, thus commanding. Whatever activities are entrusted, may they be accomplished effortlessly as desired, promising thus, generating the definite understanding of being inseparable like body and shadow, through the yoga of generating the deity, may you gain the power to accomplish limitless activities. Thus, the command is entrusted. Second, bestowing the empowerment of speech: The essence is the letters that gather the life-essence of the wrathful protectors of the Dharma, appearing in the form of a garland, this is placed on the throats of you all and entrusted to your hands, thus, from the practice and recitation of the glorious protector siblings and retinue, may you gain the power to accomplish limitless activities. Knowing that all of samsara and nirvana are gathered into the mind of great bliss, spontaneous awareness free from elaboration, one has attained mastery over the ocean of activity that transcends effort. One is convinced that one has obtained the power to accomplish the inexhaustible activities in connection with the samadhi of the mind of glorious protector, consort, and retinue. HŪM. All the noble ones of samsara and nirvana, etc. Again, in the presence of the torma, the mandala of the deities, glorious protector, consort, and retinue, is clearly visible. Offering and praising, one is convinced that one will accomplish the activity without hindrance, with a joyful laugh, as entrusted with the activity. According to the practice manual: HŪM. To Mahākāla and retinue, etc., offering and praise. At the end: HŪM. You who protect the Buddha's teachings, Glorious Mahākāla, etc., entrusting the activity by reciting in order. Through these means, one has well obtained the profound life-power of the glorious protector, consort, and seventy retinue members. This is from whatever, etc. Because there is a need, the general secret samaya, and in particular the order of offering, praising, and supplicating the glorious protector and retinue, and engaging in the profound means of protecting the teachings and destroying wrong views, etc. Thinking that one should strive properly, repeat this. In the subsequent rite, from the blessing of the tsok of the main glorious protector with Black Horse and Torma Offering, at the end of slaying and offering, enjoying the tsok, after dedicating the leftovers, replenishing the offering torma of the protectors, again repeating the supplication, praise, and urging at the end of the glorious protector's practice manual. Combine with fierce practice fire wheel or urging cessation, firm seat dance, etc., such as Dharma King Lama Secret Assembly. Focusing on the yidam and dharma protectors, Offering, praise, and confession are as usual. HŪM. Fierce, powerful Vajrakīla prevails. After this single verse, Mahākāla, consort, etc., recite the tsok offering, slaying, and offering of the glorious protector's practice manual as it appears at the end, and receive the siddhis. Perform the stable abiding, gathering and dispersing, dedication, and auspiciousness. The supreme deity of activity of these is Black Hayagrīva, that is, all the cycles of Padma Speech, peaceful and wrathful, and the lords of the families are complete. Oṃ.
