The method of generating bliss is as follows: The consort should be repeatedly bathed with fragrant water and adorned with beautiful and pleasing ornaments. Perform incense and massage that enhances bodhicitta. Consume nutritious foods such as meat and alcohol, and even if you have already mastered the yoga of channels and winds and the wheel practices, practice diligently like drawing water into a canal. The male and female yogis should sit together on a soft cushion with padding and the like. As soon as they are seated, do not immediately enter into samadhi, but gradually accomplish the twenty-seven methods of skillful means. First, look at the form with smiling eyes, speak various loving words, generate a joyful mind, remember the aspects of desire, and so on. Train in the practice of desire with the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and vigorously urge entry into the work of bliss with the three trainings. Both the yogi and the consort should visualize themselves as the male and female deities, and bless the empty and secret places as the same vajra and lotus. Relying on this method, with the three recognitions of having the common desire to accomplish the great bliss Vajrasattva for the benefit of others, thereby turning away from appearing as ordinary forms and attachment to desire. Because they possess the means of stimulating the channels, the bodies embrace each other, the empty and secret places become one, and without rushing, with the three methods of slow churning, gradually bring the bliss down from the crown chakra to the four chakras. When the bindu descends in the crown chakra, and the wisdom of joy arises, gaze at its own nature for a long time, and with faith, offer to the deity of that channel-wheel, and so on, offer to all the deities of the four wheels. Gradually deepen the union, and in conjunction with the wind practice of contracting the heels, etc., with the three methods of retaining the bindu, continuously increase the stream of bliss. The secret vajra jewel channel and the consort's lotus kama-mukha, the red and white bindus at the tip of the nose, and the blending of the two winds and minds into one, etc., with the three combinations of channel, bindu, and wind, experience the ultimate co-emergent bliss of the four joys. In terms of the body, there is the gathering of the ocean, the rock, the four continents, the reversal of the sun and moon, etc., in terms of speech, there are the changes of reciting Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable) and Hiṃ (Tibetan: ཧིང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हिंग, Sanskrit Romanization: hiṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable), etc., and in terms of mind, there is the single-pointed concentration of any samadhi of a conditioned or unconditioned object. These are the key points of the wheel practices of the three doors of body, speech, and mind.

The consort firmly holds the unwavering commitment to the support of bliss, the bindu. Like the vomiting of a tigress and other transformations of the four animals, and guiding the resonance of the winds upward, and aiming the arrow of focus at the target of the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽) syllable of Brahma, with these three forceful unions, the bliss together with the support, the bindu, returns to its own place at the crown of the head. Like the lion's play and the subtle needle piercing, which are profound, and the shaking of the cliff and other destructive arts, by guiding and reversing with these three illusions, the bliss of the bindu spreads to pervade all the root-places. Holding the mind on the self-nature of bliss, without grasping at anything, and releasing the mind freely, abiding in a state of purity like the sky, thus, with the three expansions, bliss and emptiness are realized as inseparable and united. Secondly, there are three parts: union, main practice, and subsequent practice. Firstly, "Whatever," etc., is one line. On any path of another's body, first relying on the mudra of mind, awareness, and wisdom, practicing all the methods as explained in the karma mudra, it is certain that one will gain mastery over the activities of descending, holding, reversing, and spreading the relative bodhicitta. Therefore, it is crucial to train in the skillful instructions of one's own body. Secondly, from the main practice to "abide for a long time," it is said. In the actual practice on another's body, according to the five types of mudra lineages shown above, there are four methods of union in sequence. When uniting with a lotus woman, unite from above; when uniting with a woman with lines, use the method of lifting; when uniting with a cow-nosed woman, look at each other equally; and when uniting with a deer woman, focus on sexual intercourse from below. These are related to the intent of the tantras. Furthermore, not limited to one method, one can engage equally in the play of desire's art, like a magical illusion, playing from the right side, playing from the left side, playing from the front, and so on. Each difference in the method of union can guide and draw forth a different wisdom of bliss. The four essential points needed for this are: firstly, to be skilled in descending, like the slow movement of a frog; in the middle, to be skilled in holding, focusing on the essential points of the seven joints, like a pottery jar blocked by joints; after that, to be skilled in reversing, with a forceful union, shooting back to its own place like a swift arrow; and finally, to be skilled in spreading, like a farmer drawing water into the fields.
