Moreover, just as the precious teachings of understanding the land were transferred to Tibet in the past, they remain intact to this day. The Buddha's incarnate images and other extraordinary supports of body, speech, and mind are countless, and monasteries and sanghas fill the earth. From many aspects, it shows the wonders and explains the meaning of this special land where the teachings flourish. The fourth point, explained from "fierce... Samaya," is: In general, the Buddhas, with their inexhaustible qualities of body, speech, mind, virtues, and activities, possess the power and miracles to subdue the four maras through the wheel of adornment, and their deeds are inconceivable. Everything becomes a wheel of Dharma for the benefit of others, which is solely the realm of the Tathagatas. But here, considering how it appears to the common disciples in Tibet, when the great emanation teacher came to the snowy land, he first opened the door to Dharma, subduing the fierce indigenous spirits of Tibet. These spirits obstruct the Dharma and virtuous deeds, and even bodhisattvas like Shantarakshita could not establish laws. All the evil non-humans from Ngari (present-day Ngari Prefecture) to Dokham (present-day Sichuan and Qinghai Tibetan areas) were subdued under the power of severe commands and seals. Afterwards, they were appointed as protectors of the holy Dharma and practitioners, strictly bound, and made never to deviate. According to the wishes of the sovereign, emulating Vikramashila, a place of flourishing study and practice was established, like Mount Meru, the four continents, the sun, moon, and iron mountains. As the pinnacle of the great wheel of emanation Dharma, it is divided into three levels: the lower level is Tibet, the middle level is China, and the upper level is India, presenting three styles. On the earth, under the sun, the unparalleled Samye Monastery, the immutable and spontaneously accomplished temple, the outer support is the palace, the inner support is the body, speech, and mind relics, and the inconceivable wonders, were built. After completion, the flowers of consecration were scattered by hand, and with the great miracle of the wisdom beings truly merging, the world, including the gods, was placed in a state of faith, and the precious Buddha Dharma has continued in Tibet to this day.

and established a peaceful and prosperous society, bestowing the kindness of undiminished virtue upon the environment and its inhabitants. The precious teachings of the Buddha resided in the essence of both scriptural transmission and realization. Among these, the scriptural teachings comprised the three baskets (Tripitaka), and the meaning of realization was encompassed by the three trainings (morality, concentration, and wisdom). Initially, the translator who rendered the scriptural teachings into Tibetan was prophesied, and he was granted the opportunity to cultivate his intellect in knowledge. Gradually, translators and pandits were gathered, becoming the primary cause for the translation of the authentic Dharma, widely renowned in India, into Tibet. He initiated the great tradition of teaching and learning the complete scriptural transmission and realization of both Sutra and Tantra, as well as the practice of study, contemplation, and meditation. Especially within the vehicle of characteristics (the path of Sutra), through numerous unique qualities, he bestowed upon the fortunate lords and subjects the ripening empowerments and liberating instructions of the secret mantra Vajrayana, which grants enlightenment in one lifetime. Namely, the Tantra Maha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), the Agama Anu (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), and the Upadesha Ati (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). The three Yogas, and within each, the profound meanings of Tantra, Agama, and Upadesha reside in sequence. Thus, he turned the wheel of Dharma limitlessly, making the essence of the teachings even clearer than in India. With the great miraculous power of manifesting one body throughout countless realms, together with the emanation lords, subjects, companions, and retinue, he primarily focused on the great sacred places of Tibet: the four great snow mountains, the eight great caves, the four famous great lakes, the five valleys, the three regions, and the hidden lands. He traversed the entirety of the Tibetan territory, upper, lower, and central, without leaving even a horse's hoofprint untouched. Through the miraculous power of transforming a moment into an eon, he blessed each of these places, performing gatherings and turning the wheel of Dharma for many years, making them indistinguishable from the great sacred places that were originally established. Those who were to be tamed at that time simultaneously attained realization and liberation, and he also planted the seed of merely seeing his face for those who lacked fortune. Considering the beings of future generations, with compassionate intention, he entrusted mind-treasures, Dharma-treasures, wealth-treasures, and substance-treasures, along with the prophesied revealers, whether named or destined, to whomever was appropriate. Furthermore, he concealed countless unnamed treasures without specifically designating revealers, filling the earth with Dharma, wealth, and sacred substances, so that even in the distant future
