Among the two bindus, the first is: the root of all bindus, which becomes the basis of the causal continuum, is called the wisdom essence bindu or the indestructible bindu, which dwells in the nature of emptiness, clarity, and unobstructedness. The second is: the three bindus of wind, mantra, and substance are explained. Based on the certainty of the indestructible bindu in the heart, the function of wind binds, causing the appearance of grasping and being grasped to be self-liberated, which is the wind bindu. Meditating on the deity's emblem on the bindu at the tip of the nose, in order to save the mind from the attachment to ordinary appearances, is the mantra bindu. From meditating on the bindu at the tip of the lower nose, happiness arises, etc., which is the substance bindu. Furthermore, if we explain the latter slightly, from the two white and red elements, they transform into two: the subtle and the coarse. At the crown of the head, the white element obtained from the father is the nature of haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum); at the junction of the three channels below the navel, the red element obtained from the mother is the nature of a-thung (藏文,无法确定梵文天城体,无法确定梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:short A). It becomes the master of all the white and red elements of the body, relies on the part of the central channel, and acts as the basis of consciousness. From that, it also transforms into two: the subtle and the coarse. In the womb, it is nourished by being connected to the mother's channel; after birth, the food and drink are digested in the stomach by phlegm. Bile changes its color. Wind and fire combine, and the three elements of fire and heat burn, melt, and digest it. The essence transforms into blood in the liver, and is transmitted through the channels. Then it is flesh, and in sequence, fat, bone, marrow, and bodhicitta. This transforms into strength and radiance. The waste products of these are, in sequence: feces, bile, skin, glands, teeth and nails, the dirt of the cavities, phlegm, mucus, etc., and the final dripping of joy. These are known as the seven nutrients of the body. The classifications of these are also: from the undivided point at the crown of the head to the dripping of teeth and nails, etc., are the twenty-four elements. Each of these is divided into three: absorption, enjoyment, and possessor, resulting in seventy-two elements. Dividing that by a thousand results in seventy-two thousand. Dividing that by a thousand results in seventy-two million, etc. As many channels as there are, there are as many winds. As many winds as there are, there are as many bindus pervading them. In the tantra of the yogis, on top of the twenty-four elements, adding the three main channels and the five including the triple-coiled channel, thirty-two are explained. In Heruka Galpo, it is said: The channels through which the bodhicitta flows in the body are thirty-two.

That. Thus. On top of that, in addition to the great life in which the five root winds circulate, adding four, it appears that there are thirty-six kinds of explanations. Those also, in the aspect of the four joys in the four wheels, are transferred in connection with wisdom, and in the body, as the essence or energy or the nature of the key point, are transferred in connection with consciousness, and are called the upper place. In short, all bindus gather essence drops, the three darknesses, and from those three arise the three of attachment, aversion, and ignorance, from which arise eighty kinds of self-nature discriminations, from which accumulate karma, and produce various sufferings of the illusion of samsara. If those three are bound in the immutable, then samsara can be reversed. The root of all bindus, the indestructible bindu of Dharmata, is all-encompassing, so no matter how many bindu yogas there are, whether observed or unobserved, one must know the key point of entering the right path through direct or indirect means. Those are as generally stated in the Unsurpassed Tantra, the uncommon self-nature of the Great Perfection of Clear Light, as extensively explained in the Treasury of the Supreme Vehicle, etc. Second, it is divided into two, explaining the practice of the Vajra body as the support, and explaining the yoga of the channels, winds, and bindus as the supported. The first is further divided into the actual path and the result of familiarizing with it. The first is, "The nature of the four elements is spontaneously accomplished," as it is said. What is the profound generation stage, the unmade, naturally arisen mandala? The four elements are stacked in order, including the Dharma origin, first, due to the cause of the union of the parents, the aggregation of the four elements in the womb, the support of grasping as self by the discrimination of wind and mind, that is, in the bhaga of the emptiness mother. The gross form aggregate forms an immeasurable palace, that is, the body is a square of one fathom, which is a square palace. The eight limbs are the eight pillars. The five roots through which the winds of the five elements circulate are the sun, moon, and star windows. The ears, nose, mouth, and lower gate are the four gates. The flesh is the basis of the mandala. The blood is the lake pond. The heat is the fire pile. The breath is the rainbow light. And so on, among them, the heart is the jewel or the box of citta. The intestines are the net or half net. The fingers are the half moon mirror. The teeth are the arrow feathers. The tongue is the lotus. The eight holes are the eight great charnel grounds. Hair and skin.
