The hips cause phlegm diseases, the throat and heart cause bile diseases, the area around the navel causes wind diseases, and the inside of the genitals causes combined diseases, so it is said in the scriptures. Moreover, the body has gross, subtle, and extremely subtle bodies. The nature of these bodies, the ultimate wisdom channel, because it is the manifestation of self-awareness, pervades all ordinary channels, and is also known as the Great Wisdom Central Channel. It itself is all forms, so the conventional channels also follow it. Wherever the yogi's mind is focused, the ordinary channels also function in the same way, so it should be known that the different classifications of channels mentioned in different tantras are not contradictory. Third, in general, the basis of the speech of all sentient beings and the external laws of time such as breaths, inches, hours, and days is called ultimate wisdom air or great life air. In the Manjushri Illusion Net Sutra, it is said: "Great life is unborn, free from words, the supreme cause of all words, all words can be clearly understood." It means that it pervades the nature of all airs, continuously, and is the basis of cause and effect. Its sudden defilement, that is, the nature of the alaya consciousness moving towards external objects, is karma air. Among them, the five root airs that serve as the basis of the five aggregates are: life-sustaining air, upward-moving air, pervasive air, equalizing fire air, and downward-eliminating air. These five are the root aggregate airs. Their functions are: maintaining life, breathing, maintaining the body, lowering temperature, and performing actions such as walking, sitting, lying down, excreting urine and feces, and the secretion and contraction of the three types of semen. If disordered, it will cause fainting, madness, death, etc., as well as upper body diseases, paralysis diseases, stomach diseases, and lower body diseases. It is said that they are located in the center of the body, the upper part, the end of the skin, the place of digestion, and below the navel. The five branch airs, namely, the running air, the transforming running air, the correct running air, the extremely running air, and the definite running air, exist in the five senses and perform functions such as generation. In particular, the nasal running air runs 21,600 times a day.

If measured by the twelve transmigrations, from the sixty-four petals of the navel chakra, the four that were previously divided into six parts are the transmigrations of the central channel. Because the mandala does not descend, they are called the four empty channels. The way the remaining sixty channels flow is: from the channel at the end of the pores, the winds of the chakras mix with the wind of the navel chakra, and flow into the nostrils through the path of the single tube. Also, the five elements gather and generate in a left-right sequence, with five "dbyug gu" for each transmigration. Each "dbyug gu" has three hundred and sixty breaths, so each transmigration runs one thousand eight hundred breaths. In addition, due to the distinction of the four empty channels, each breath includes one half. Each half is the wisdom wind. By accumulating these, each "dbyug gu" has eleven and one-quarter breaths. Each transmigration has fifty-six and one-quarter. Six hundred and seventy-five of these run in one day and night. If condensed into hours, it is one hour, fifty-two "chu srang", and three breaths. If accumulated for one month, it is fifty-six hours and fifteen "chu chung". If repeated twelve times, eleven days and fifteen hours are the number of wisdom winds for one year, which becomes the source of external loss. It is widely mentioned in the scriptures that the total wisdom wind accumulated by a person of one hundred years is equivalent to three years and three months, etc. The colors are yellow, white, red, black, and blue in order, corresponding to earth, water, fire, wind, and space. The size also starts from four fingers below the navel, passes through the tip of the nose, and extends between twelve and sixteen fingers. Among these winds, the winds that flow into the nostrils and cause movement, etc., are coarse. The winds of the five elements that do not move and circulate within the body, as well as the ten transformation winds, and the vehicles of various thoughts are medium. The winds that become the vehicles of the four appearances are subtle. In particular, the wind that is the vehicle of clear light is very subtle. Furthermore, due to different mantras, different classifications of winds have arisen. Since the wisdom wind is all forms, in order to follow it, they gather at one point. Then, by binding the wind, the coarse karma wind itself is also transformed into the wisdom wind, and generates merit. The fourth is about wisdom and consciousness.
