and deficiencies are filled by burnt offerings." Also, in the "Great Seal Bindu," it says, "Whatever one thinks in the mind, it bestows limitless great accomplishments, accomplishing all wishes. I have spoken of such burnt offerings." Thus it is. The third is essence extraction, which has two parts: explaining the necessity and explaining the actual essence extraction. The first is, as it says, "Practicing the Vajra Life." It speaks of the Vajra body born on the land of Jambudvipa (the southern continent of Jambudvipa), endowed with the six elements (earth, water, fire, wind, space, and consciousness), the supreme leisure and endowment that can attain Buddhahood in one lifetime. In order to live and remain for a long time, one must strive to seek methods. As Panchen Ngawang Drakpa said, "Other than life, there is no essence. In samsara, nothing is seen. Therefore, quickly with many methods, strive to deceive death." Thus it is said. Therefore, the method of practicing the essence extraction of a deathless life and an ageless body is as follows: The second part has three: what is the object of essence extraction, what is the substance of essence extraction, and how to extract the essence. The first is, "Decay," etc., is one line. It explains many names for the life to be nourished. Here, the main object of essence extraction is the basis that decays due to the feelings of environment, mind, and desire, and is not stable but changes—held by the white and red bindus—and the wind and mind that depend on it decay and change, thus causing the stages of old age, sickness, and death. Therefore, these should be increased and stabilized through essence extraction, etc. The second is, "Essence of samsara and nirvana," etc., appears. There are two substances to be extracted as essence: those that rely on the essence substances of samsara, and those that mainly rely on the essence wind and mind of nirvana. The first includes the five external elements, medicines and plants, the mercury of accomplished ones, the two internal naturally occurring amritas, etc., known as a hundred essence extraction instructions, from the tantras and the oral instructions of accomplished ones, which appear limitlessly. For the essence extraction of Tagngu alone, the Nyang treasure, the "Amrita Wisdom Light" tantra, is widely explained. The second includes the supreme essence that transcends existence and non-existence, the preliminary of all merits, stabilizing the three kinds of faith, and emphasizing the two kinds of bodhicitta, as well as the deity generation that surpasses the Vajrayana path.

La! With the yoga of the complete stage of channels, winds, and bindus with signs, relying on the upper and lower gates, performing special essence extractions, and subsequently, the Vajra recitation, the practice of Bhū wind, the tongue tip touching the palate, gathering nectar, the samādhi of nailing the sky, and so on. Through the essence extraction of the complete stage without signs, which makes non-conceptualization and the union of luminosity manifest as the path, the youthfulness of wisdom increases, thereby subduing the Maras of the Lord of Death. The great teacher Ngagwang Drakpa said: "Possessing the best of all aspects, completely abandon the clinging to emptiness. Constantly meditate on emptiness, and the Lord of Death will not see you." Thus it is said. The third is, "From generation and increase, make it stable." As it is said, practice those essence extractions related to external existence as taught in the lineage of wise teachers. Obtain the inner peaceful essences from the guru's mouth and practice them, so that the youthfulness of the body's essence and the sprout of life gradually arise, increase, and grow. In order to make it stable and unchanging, enter the yoga of deathless life accomplishment, which is a special characteristic of the Vajrayana with many methods and without difficulties. That is, relying on the Ambrosia Swirling Deathless Life Tantra, and relying on the general collection of tantra, agama, and upadesha rituals, and especially the profound secret instructions of the Dakini's breath that has not yet faded, construct the mandala and establish the support of life. Clearly visualize the samādhi of the life deity in oneself and in front, and at the end of the life (Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Chinese literal meaning: recitation) recitation, send the messengers who summon life, and draw in and dissolve the fourteen essences of the stable and moving elements into the objects to be accomplished and the realm to be accomplished. May the Dharmata luminosity Bodhicitta, the indestructible great bindu, increase and become stable in the Dharmadhatu that is primordially free from birth and death, and may it be constant and unchanging forever. Here, to speak briefly about some related topics, there are six points: the nature of body and mind, sound and meaning, definition, classification, its meaning, what is to be accomplished, and the explanation of the connection of what accomplishes. The first is: the nature of life is the continuously existing, unsupported activity of consciousness with warmth. The nature of the body is the coarse form of the aggregation of the five elements and the six constituents with pleasure. The second is: the sound of life (Sanskrit Devanagari: आयु, Sanskrit Romanization: āyu, Chinese literal meaning: life) refers to the passing of time, therefore,
