The tenth is that. It is also similar to the Chakravartin King in some aspects, so it is explained as a common characteristic. The fifth is: pacifying the conceptual thoughts of karma and afflictions, as well as diseases and evil spirits, etc.; increasing all the manifestations of longevity, merit, wealth, and self-awareness wisdom; freely wielding all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana contained within wind and mind appearances; subduing enemies, obstacles, and misleading influences that cannot be subdued by peaceful means through fierce compassion and wrath; manifesting the reality as it is; and in a state where there is no aim at anything to be done, without any partiality or discrimination, is spontaneously accomplished activity. Subduing beings to be tamed with such activity is the nature of permanence, pervasiveness, and spontaneous accomplishment. Just as space exists, the limits of samsara are inexhaustible, and as long as samsara is not empty, the activity of the Buddhas will not cease, it is permanent. The Ornament of Clear Realization says: "Likewise, as long as samsara exists, this activity will not cease." That is how it is. This permanence is not just inclined to one side, but just as it pervades the realm of space, it pervades the realm of sentient beings to be tamed without any partiality. The Uttaratantra Shastra says: "Thus, the limit of space is endless, constantly spontaneously accomplished for beings, the unobstructed wise one is, truly establishing the meaning of sentient beings." That is how it is. When the time comes to tame beings to be tamed, it is in accordance with their faculties, without mistaking the meaning of everything, and spontaneously arises without effort, it is spontaneously accomplished. The Three Successive Ones say: "The result, qualities, spontaneously accomplished, appear like a wish-fulfilling jewel." That is how it is. Fourth, the necessity of the instruction is shown: Thus, quickly complete. It is said that, as previously explained in detail, the essence of the Sugata, the basis to be purified, is like a jewel in the mud, naturally abiding in the continuum of all sentient beings from the beginning. Connecting with the path of yoga, which is contained within the two stages of common and uncommon purifiers, like water and detergent, the objects to be purified are the grasping of existence and non-existence, the gross adventitious stains are purified like mud, and the subtle seeds and habitual tendencies are also abandoned together. The purified result

Just as the qualities that exist in the ground manifest, and like a wish-fulfilling jewel that is free from all impurities, effortlessly producing everything desired, it swiftly accomplishes the benefit of oneself and others without effort. The nature of the necessary connection is that from the existence of the signified and the signifier, the necessity and ultimate necessity are naturally established. The definition is that the four dharmas, such as necessity, exist, and they are mutually dependent on each other, and ultimately, to accomplish the result, they are established as a connection that cannot arise without them. The divisions are: As it says in the 'Heart Drop': 'The necessary connection of what is said and the profound necessity, are held as four branches of cause and condition.' Thus, the four are: what is said, what is said about, the necessity, and the ultimate necessity. If we take the path of liberation as dominant, then the basis of practice mentioned earlier, the Sugata-garbha, is the signified nature of the ground, which is what is said; the stages of the path of practice, along with the imputed letters, are the signifying cause of the path, which is what is said about; hearing and thinking about this, understanding what is said in a general way is the necessity; meditating on the meaning of what is understood in this way, manifesting common and supreme accomplishments, is the ultimate necessity. If we take the path of means as dominant, then the co-emergent wisdom that is naturally present within oneself from the beginning is what is said; the essential instructions for realizing it, along with the scriptures, are what is said about; practicing its meaning, generating the special great bliss wisdom in the continuum, is the necessity; familiarizing oneself with it, manifesting the unchanging great bliss wisdom, is the ultimate necessity. The meaning of the connection is that what is said and what is said about are the knowable and the knowing; what is said about and the necessity are the means and what arises from the means; the necessity and the ultimate necessity are what arises from that; the ultimate necessity and what is said are established as a connection of one taste in essence. Fifth, advising the retinue and entrusting the teachings, there are two parts: advising that these essential instructions are very profound, and entrusting them to the retinue along with aspiration prayers. The first is taught from 'cause and effect' to 'these traces of departure,' that is, the quintessential teachings of the oral instructions of the stages of the path, the excellent basis of the Dharma itself, is the ocean of Dharma of the Paramita Vehicle, which takes the cause as the path, and the Secret Mantra Vajra Vehicle, which takes the result as the path.
