It is necessary to know that all the illusions and endless habitual patterns of the aggregates, elements, and sources that arise from the impure channels, winds, and bindus, which are to be used as the basis for practice, should be purified by the supreme path of practice—the body channel body, the speech wind speech, and the mind bindu mind's vajra yoga. Like moxibustion hitting the key point, the key to making the profound power and energy of the mudra is to bind it well and cultivate it, and then meditate with single-pointed mind without distraction. In this way, the adventitious stains can be purified and cleansed, and the result of practice is that in the sky of dharmata, the sun of body and wisdom without partiality rises. If you know the secret of these points, there will be no fault of straying from the path, and you will be liberated from the dangers of foolish meditation, and you will gain great benefits in the short and long term. Third, there are two ways to extract the benefits of the secret Ati path: Trekchö and Tögal. First, there are three aspects: concise explanation, detailed explanation, and summary of meaning. First: "From secret, release into the path." This means that when abiding in the view of the secret Great Perfection, the utterly pure Trekchö, all the manifold conceptual thoughts that arise from the five poisons, the root of the eighty-four thousand afflictions, are all manifestations of one's own mind. Do not let them go wild, nor rely on antidotes of abandonment and transformation, but with the key of primordial liberation and self-awareness, seize them without delay in the third moment and release them into the path. Second: "From desire, great liberation." This means that, to explain in detail, taking the pleasing form seen by the eye as an example, when thoughts of attachment and clinging arise towards desirable objects such as body, enjoyment, relatives, retinue, etc., do not stop the thoughts, nor engage in practices of negation or compliance, but look at your own nature, let naked awareness-emptiness manifest, and then relax and let go. In this way, without the stain of clinging to happiness, the experience of unceasing bliss-emptiness awakens from within, which is called "individual self-cognizant wisdom," and there is no need to seek it elsewhere. As an example, when hatred arises towards unpleasant objects of the six senses, such as human and non-human harmers, and angry and violent conceptual thoughts arise in the mind, if you follow them, you will accumulate karma, so do not follow them, nor consider them as faults and

In union, truly recognizing one's own nature, naturally abiding in the uncorrected, natural state of whatever arises, appearances are clear and unobstructed, and the essence is without clinging. Free from experiencing its flavor and the attachment that follows, as well as the conceptualization of "what is this," it appears like the reflection of clear crystal, which is called mirror-like wisdom. When the obscuration of dullness, the darkness of ignorance, arises, mainly due to sleep and lethargy, which obscure the light of wisdom in listening, contemplation, and meditation, abiding in the state of recognizing its own nature, abandoning both acceptance and rejection, whether rejecting with the thought of faults or desiring with the thought of qualities, in the vast expanse of single-pointedness, the non-conceptual, self-arising, free from elaboration, nakedly and vividly dawns, which is called the wisdom of the dharmadhatu. When pride arises, thinking oneself superior to others in terms of lineage, family, qualities, wealth, etc., and the mind is filled with clinging, then, as before, without accepting or rejecting anything, look at the very nature of that prideful clinging and remain in equanimity. Without any conceptualization, it merges into the realm of great equality between oneself and others, which is called the wisdom of equality. When jealousy arises towards the perfections of others, and the sting of competition arises in the mind, do not manipulate it, but freely abandon it onto the one who is appearing, and look at its essence. Without the conceptualization of grasping at self and other, it is perfected in the illusion of clarity and emptiness, which is called the wisdom of accomplishment. It is difficult to recognize disturbing thoughts at first, difficult to reverse them in the middle, and difficult to cut off their continuity in the end. Therefore, holding onto the reins of mindfulness, if one trains diligently in the great realm of self-liberation as taught, it is impossible for the thoughts of the five poisons not to arise. However, when they arise, without thinking of abandoning or transforming anything, they naturally manifest as the essence of the five wisdoms. Each of the three poisons—desire, hatred, and ignorance—and each of those arising equally from the three, has twenty-one thousand aspects, totaling eighty-four thousand aggregates of disturbing thoughts. Like a snake knot that unravels without anyone untying it, they naturally liberate into great wisdom. The Peaceful Lineage says: "The nature...
